CHAPTER SEVEN Brenda and Alan showered together, fooling around like a couple of kids under the steaming downpour of the hot water. Brenda felt like a true woman for the first time in her life. A handsome young man, a catch in any women's book, wanted her to marry him, for better or for worse, regardless of where she had been, or where she was going-and that was one hell of a good feeling. His parents hadn't really bothered her too much the night before, and she didn't think that they would bother her this morning.
