Chapter forty-one
Lucas arrived home but the conversation he had with his grandfather still lingered in his mind.
“This marriage will not stand”
He swallowed hard as he untie his tie.
“What the heck is wrong”, he muttered.
I stepped down to meet him worry written all over his face.
I understood what happened. Grandpa call was loud and clear. He wasn't happy with your decision.
