Chapter 4 Peyton I WALKED INTO the other room and called John. When he didn’t answer, I left him a message. “What did he have to say?” Dom asked when I returned. I knew he wouldn’t be happy. “John didn’t answer, but I left him a message.” Dom looked disappointed. “Screw it. I’m going to head over there myself and take a look around outside.
