Chapter 17 Tarot –––––––– THE RIDE TO the restaurant went by too quickly. Not only was it a nice night for a ride, I loved the feel of her arms around my waist. When we arrived at Melano’s, the Italian restaurant in downtown Stillwater, I parked the bike and shut off the engine. “So, what did you think?” I asked, noticing the way her face glowed as she removed the helmet. “I loved it,” Peyton replied, running a hand through her hair. “It was just... amazing.” “I’m glad you liked it.
