The Adoption

Mr Ronald and Mrs Tracy Hugo were people of high value or rather should I say high class that eats and dine with Monarchs, Kings and Emperor's, sadly said they had no child of their own and they wanted a child because they loved kids medically there was nothing wrong with either of them. They have been married for at least seven years and they decided to adopt a child. After seeking for the best Orphanage in the state, they choosed to adopt from Blessings Of God Beautiful Kids Orphanage.They left for the Orphanage exactly two months after Benjamin left the Child at the Orphanage.

Ronald: Good afternoon Ma.

Emma: Good afternoon sir, have a sit

Ronald: ( takes a sit). My name is Mr ...............

Emma:No need for further introduction, I already know you so much. My name is Emma Trevor the Proprietress of Blessings of God Beautiful Kids Orphanage a place where Children are loved, well nurtured and taken care of, what brings these highly esteemed personalities to my Orphanage.

Tracy: We actually came here to adopt a child.

Emma: Gender?

Tracy: Any to be specific.

Emma: So what is your age rate for the adoption.

Tracy: A child which is at least nine months old.

Emma: We have only one available child that is nine months old a boy, and one which was brought in here two months ago but she is ten months old.

Tracy: Let's take a look at both and at our preference we will adopt but we will rather prefer a girl child.

Emma: Takes them to where the kids are being kept and shows them the two children she was referring to.

Tracy: That baby is very cute, I would love to adopt her what is her name.

Emma: We named her Angela.

Tracy: Are her parents dead?

Emma: Yes in a car accident, that was what I was told by a man named Benjamin who bought her to the Orphanage and he filled this form.

Tracy: That's so sad to here and she is this pretty.

Emma: Yes it is.

Tracy: I love her hair texture and her Complexion.

Emma: Yes, she looks like an actual Angel from above.That is the reason for her name Angela.

Tracy: So can we fill in the required documents.

Emma: She gives them both the form and the documents required to sign.

Tracy: Signs the forms and documents that was given to her.

Emma: (She then tells someone to get Angela dressed for her adoption when that was done, she then gives Angela to the Hugo's as their own to Carter for).

Ronald: May we go?

Tracy: Yes we may.

Emma: Thanks for coming.

Ronald: Good day ( enters his Car and exists the Orphanage and drives back to his house)

**Curtain Falls **

They arrived home thirty minutes later, describing the Hugo's Mansion as a Paradise is actually underestimating it's Value, It's beauty is better than that of a Paradise, the gate alone is magnificent let alone describing the entire house. It's looks like a Child dream Castle or a fairy tale fictious house in Disneyland that just the outside beauty. They have seventeen Cars packed at the Garage, having five maids with one nanny named Madison and lastly seven security officers, 3 takes shifts at the gate while the remaining four washes the cars at the Garage.

Tracy: Everyone come and welcome the heir of this household to her Mansion a new member of this home.

Madison: Madam, welcome ma.

Ronald: Let's go in, by tomorrow we will visit the best boutique and get her outfits for different occasions.

Tracy: And we should also start the preparation for her dedication and naming ceremony I want it to be the best in the country. None to be compared to hers and it should be take place probably next month.

Ronald: Is she not a little older for a naming ceremony?

Tracy: No, I want my pretty Angel to have everything that no other child will ever have, we are capable aren't we?

Ronald: Fine we will discuss about that tomorrow it's already late.

Tracy: Hmmm ok but there is nothing much to discuss about.

** Curtain Falls **

The next day Ronald and Tracy goes to different boutique and returns home with nine boxes filled with different toddler outfits and about fifteen bags of children clothes for age four - seven. Then Tracy brings up the topic of her pretty Angel dedication and naming ceremony.

Tracy: ( starts shouting the name's of the maids in their home). Tina, Maria, Jean and Irene.

Maids: ( they all answer in unison ma....... and mutters to themselves that Madam is back ).

Tracy: Where the hell have you all been didn't you hear me calling you I don't have your time now because I am in a perfect mood so anyways carry these bags but first I hope that the room I told you all about for my Angel has been beautified to suit my pretty Angel taste.

Maids: Yes Madam the room has been organized. ( They then carry the luggages to the room).

Tracy: ( Enters in the sitting room to talk to Ronald). King of hearts may I speak with you?

Ronald: I'm listening.

Tracy: It's actually about her naming ceremony, I was thinking about the name Alyssa I love that name because it's unique.

Tracy: That's sounds great what about her native name, but I was thinking about the name Heart to be her name it's also unique.

Ronald: Yes it's unique but the name Alyssa is quite better but Heart can however be her second name but however about having a native name I solemnly disagree.

Ronald: Native names shows one's identity, locality, it makes you stand out.

Tracy: My parent did not give me any native name so neither would I also give any child of mine s native name.

Ronald: Oh really!

Tracy: Yes, were you given any native name.

Ronald: No, doesn't mean I don't like native names.

Tracy: Ok, haven't you ever wondered why you are called Ronald as a name rather than Kola, Musa probably Emeka.

Ronald: Well my parents were not fans of native names but I am a fan of native names.

Tracy: So am I also not a fan of native names.

Ronald: That's normal, since everyone has their own preference. Okay fine no native name.

Tracy: I really appreciate your understanding, so about the venue, I want a high class hall with about two hundred guests from each state but only high class personnels like us and most especially the security should be tight, no uninvited person should be allowed to enter the venue, I also don't want any local delicacies being served after all it's a dedication not a burial or a traditional marriage, the place should be decorated with pink and Purple for the ribbons there should be glitters and crystalline diamond everywhere should sparkle ✨✨. I want the outside to tell everyone that a Queen has been born into this planet and her dress should and be better than the decorations of the event and it should be better than everyone's dress except mine of course as I am her mother.

Ronald: Your wish is my command, the Queen of hearts.

** Curtain Falls

Just as Tracy requested the security was tight, the decorations splendid, the event was glamorous and the pretty Angel was however named Alyssa Hugo her dress was fabulous, the event was decorated with crystalline diamond and glitters, most especially no native food were prepared let alone served. The event was so special and trending songs were being played, even the next two generations will be told that there was once an event that was celebrated in a Magnificent style. Tracy's outfit was so beautiful that you may suppose that she was an Angel sent from above, the event however was successful and Alyssa was treated and addressed as a Queen even after the event, at home and abroad she was addressed as one. Tracy gave to her, happiness letting not even a scratch befall on her skin, she does everything possible to make sure that Alyssa Never Shed a year. Alyssa however schooled at Nigeria since Tracy couldn't bear a day without seeing her but Ronald wanted her to school at California but he just couldn't convince Tracy to let Alyssa be. Alyssa got new outfits once in every week that she barely repeats a dress worn by her, let alone Shoe, bracelet, or any form of Jewelry except the Jewelry that was given to her by Benjamin which she never took off though Tracy tried to convince her that it's old fashioned and wasn't trending any more but Alyssa still loved it though it's was gradually becoming tight on her, during every holiday The Hugo's travels to a new Country for Vacation, but during most holidays Ronald stays at Nigeria if he had important contracts or meetings to attend to, so Alyssa and Tracy would travel alone but when they arrive the Country in which they were spending the Holiday, Tracy would employ assistant ( maids) that would make works needed to be done easier since she just couldn't stress herself.

*** Seven years after the Event **

Alyssa: ( she was at home, and was trying to change to her Pajamas when suddenly the bracelet fell off and shattered because it was already weak and barely been taken off Alyssa's wrist maybe except at night. She became so sad and furious because she was told by her mom that it's worth millions of Naira, She cried for about three hours because Tracy wasn't home and she wanted her Mom to come so She could explain, she cried sitting on the floor refusing to talk to anyone, she threw her phone at Maria and Hilda when they tried to calm her down and the Phone shattered beyond repair, the glass broke beyond repair and she didn't care though it was one of latest model of phones worth Four Million Naira but she just didn't care and locked the door to her room with no atom of remorse.

Tracy: ( A maid of hers called her and informed her of the latest happenings at home and all she was interested in was when she was told that Alyssa was in tears and She left her Office and hurries back home, when she reached the house she hears Alyssa Crying) She leaves her Car opened and the ignitor of the Car on and runs to her room to know the cause, ready to attack or even sack anyone responsible for Alyssa's tears. When she gets near Alyssa's room she sees pieces of glass and a broken phone and she knew immediately that the damage was done by Alyssa so She crosses the glass and tries not to get injured and then Knocks at the door. Knock Knock.

Alyssa: Go away.

Tracy: Knock Knock.

Alyssa: I said go away, or are you deaf?

Tracy: My heart ( sounds emotional).

Alyssa: Mom is that you?

Tracy: Yes, it is

Alyssa: ( opens the door, and hugs Tracy and began to wail in tears). Queen of hearts, I broke the bracelet, that is worth a lot of money.

Tracy: Is that what made my heart to cry spoiling and wasting her tears Kings and Queens beg not to ever behold, let me see if we can fix it.

Alyssa: No it's broken beyond repair.

Tracy: Fine, I will get you a new one just stop crying. Who broke that phone out there.

Allysa: ( Begins to sober the more ) Mom it's me, now I don't have a phone nor a bracelet and she cries again.

Tracy: I know what you want.

Alyssa: Mom, me??

Tracy: Yes you.

Alyssa: Mom your making me sad.

Tracy: I'm so sorry my heart for that. I will get you a new phone that is quite better than that one, please stop crying it breaks me to see you sad let alone cry.

Alyssa: Thank you so much Mom. I love you.

Tracy: I love you more dear.
