“Alpha we are ready.” I heard Calvin say from the mind link.
I looked at my parents, who were staring at me. My mum already had a worried look on her face.
“Son make sure you bring her back safely. Bring our daughter home, okay?” my dad said.
“I will bring her back. Don't worry.” I told him.
I heard the door open from upstairs, and I heard footsteps of someone running, although the footsteps sounded like it was two people running.
I was right when I saw Damien and Pearl running to me. Damien came closer to me while Pearl stood far, giving me a little distance.
“Daddy are you going to get Mummy today?” my son asked.
“Yes little man. I am going to bring Mummy back tonight.” I told him.
He hugged my legs.
“Be careful, Daddy. And don't let Auntie Ameila touch you again.”
