"Phoenix you didn't eat your breakfast "I said.

"I will be late for school mom and I need to catch up with Abigail '', don't worry I will eat once I get to school.

It's crazy how time flies so quickly. I can't believe my baby girl is now all grown up. It was like yesterday I took her in my arm's, I watched her take her first step. And now she's a big girl.

Life has never been easy at first nevertheless, we have been happy, my baby girl never gave me trouble and with the help of the board of directors we never lacked anything.

Phoenix was able to grow up without missing the love of her father because paul has been there for her and treated her like his daughter with so much care and love.

I walked out of the house feeling relieved that mom didn't pressure me into eating breakfast before I left for school. I didn't wanna be late to my new school. I walked to Abigail house since it wasn't far from mine. Abigail is my best friend and we grew up together like sister's since our parents were friends and she only has her mom and brother and I only have my mom too.

"Hey Abigail, " I said, walking towards her.

" wow wow... Waw..." Phoenix for the love of God what are you wearing? Abigail said, looking at me from head to toe.

"Umm m... I what's wrong with my dressing ". I said.

"How can you wear this on your first day of school? " she said, pointing at my dress.

" What's wrong with my dress?" I said and looked at my dress. I was wearing a big hoodie which is twice my size and a pair of black jeans. I let my hair loose.

"Don't you know your dressing matters on your first day in college " a lot of girls will judge you based on your dressing. She said.

"We're on earth did you hear that from" and besides I don't care if they judge me. I said.

"Okay... Whatever " let's go" we don't want to be late.

I stare at the big building in front of me, I walk in feeling nervous about how my first day will feel like.

So many thoughts run in my mind. Will I mess up or will I give a good impression?

"Now your class must be right at the end of the hall " just keep going if you get lost and ask for directions. I heard Abigail say.

"Wait, you 're living me now," I said.

"Oo come on, you 're not a kid, don't forget it's also my first day too and I need to find the lady's room. Abigail said.

I walk down the hall and I would feel everyone's eye on me, I kept walking not minding everyone until I mistakenly bump into someone.

" ouch.. Am.. Sorry " I quickly said without looking at the person's face. I noticed books scattered on the floor. I quickly bent down to pick up the books, thinking the person I hit just now would be offended.

So much for a good impression, I thought.

"Here are your books''I said said just slowly look up just to see a cold looking guy with a perfect face like that of a Greek god, that moment I thought I saw an angel in real form, he has an eagle eye, his hair was ink black and blue at the at the tip of his hair, his figure was that of a model. To top it all he is wearing a black jacket with a pair of black jeans giving him a gangster vibe.

He took the books from me and just walked away. I was still standing there like a fool.

What's wrong with me why am I still staring at the empty space he stood, it was like I couldn't move even if I wanted to. What has that DEMIGOD do to me.

Wait I even gave him a nickname. Gezzz put it together phoniex we came for school not for studying people face. But his face is just perfect everything about him is perfect. Stupid me I kept arguing with my mind.
