Settling in
“So…how’s the first day of school? Tell me everything.”
“Ha. Ha,” was Yihwan’s emotionless reply. He was sitting at his desk, in front of his laptop where three tinier screens showed Steven, Minchan, and Fi’s faces. “It was…eventful.”
“Did you make friends? Were the other kids nice?”
Yihwan tore open a pouch of red ginseng tonic and drank it, completely ignoring Steven’s questions. Meanwhile, Minchan put aside the crispy drumstick he was enjoying and licked his fingers clean.
“So what’s the challenge, hyung?” the magnae asked. “Can you tell us?”
