Break Down The Walls
“She agreed to meet with you? What did she say?”
Gabriel took his glasses off and rubbed over his eyes while they were waiting for the traffic light at the intersection to turn green. He’d had a hectic past few days, juggling his time between PR duties and Seo Byungwoo-related research, and his body was craving a nap right about now. “She said if she were in the country, she would,” he said and put his glasses back on. “She’d migrated to Canada years ago.”
“Oh.”
He yawned and turned to Fi with a sleepy smile. “Don’t worry, it’s not a dead end. Ms. Yoon is still connected with several of her colleagues who knew about this case. It was just that she was the only one who ever published anything about it.”
