Allison suddenly snapped her hand away from mine and pushed me back, her eyes letting out even more tears. She turned and ran off without looking back, leaving me standing there, confused and concerned.
I wanted to chase after her, but my anger got the better of me. Who could do this to her? I had to find out. I knew Allison wouldn't tell me anything; she had already made that clear.
As I stood there, people began to stare and whisper to each other, pointing at the running Allison. I approached two girls from her class who were chatting and giggling. When they saw me walking towards them, their eyes lit up, and they exchanged excited whispers.
"Wow, he's handsome," one of them said, barely above a whisper.
"I know, right? Wait, is he coming closer to us?!" the other girl squeal
