Few hours later Jackie came to the hospital and walked towards Ella's room on getting there she saw Lilo holding Ella's left hand and patting it. she couldn't help but feel jealous but she immediately put aside her feelings and went inside the room.

“Good morning Lilo am so sorry I came late I was so busy at the office it was meeting upon meeting and I couldn't leave without sorting everything out” Jackie explained

“ I understand so how are you feeling now” he asked

“Am getting better. No improvement yet?” she asked turning to Ella. Lilo shaked his hand which implies that there isn't any improvement yet.

“I am also leaving here very soon am just waiting for her family members to come by Dad is really upset with me I have to deal with that first then prepare for my presentation at the office tomorrow” he muttered.

“Am so sorry Lilo i am the one putting you through all this” she said pitifully trying to touch his shoulder.

“It fine it not your fault I was the one who decided to stay with her you didn't force me so stop putting the blame on yourself” he replied.

Few minutes later Carlos and the children came in and met them conversing.

“Good morning sir” Jackie greeted Carlos who kept staring at her.

“Oooh Mr Carlos this is my friend Jackie she is the one who mistakenly hit Ella with her car” Lilo introduced her.

“I see nice meeting you”Carlos said offering a hand shake.

“Am so sorry sir I didn't mean for all this to happen and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me” Jackie pleased.

“It not your fault dear and Lilo explained everything to me so let just pray my daughter wake up soon”he said and looked at Ella who just lie down on the bed like a log of wood.

Alex glanced at Jackie. He has a bad feeling about her,something in him tells him she is just pretending and her true face will surface very soon. Few minutes later Lilo and Jackie decided to take there leave.

“We would be going now sir I will come back maybe tomorrow to check up on her” Lilo said

“No problem take care of yourself and make sure you rest”Carlos told him.

“Ok sir bye guys” he waved at the kids and they smiled back at him. He and Jackie proceeded outside the hospital. Jackie bid Lilo good bye and went inside her car. Lilo's driver was already waiting outside for his arrival immediately he saw him he immediately opened the door of the back sit. Lilo went inside and they zoomed off.

Lilo arrived home not quite long and went straight to his father's study. Nathan was sitting down on a chair with a newspaper in his hands he doesn't even acknowledge Lilo's presence even though he knew he was inside.

“Dad am so sorry I had an emergency and I had to the attend to it” he explained himself.

Nathan stood up and walked towards the window behaving as if he didn't hear what he as said .

“ Dad don't be like this I said am sorry you can beat me all you want but don't stay mute. talk to me” he said.

“Where did you go to” Nathan asked while staring through the window.

Lilo didn't want to tell him about the accident so he lied that one of their worker in the office had an accident while working in the factory so he had to sort the situation out and make sure everything was under control.

“Next time I hope this won't repeat itself make sure you always answer your phone call whenever I call you” he instructed. Lilo nodded in agreement.

“Also have you prepared for tommorow's presentation. We must win the contract I want you to make me proud.” he said patting him on the shoulder.

“Ok sir you know have never let you down” he assured his dad and he took his leave.

“Good morning master Lilo” one of the maid greeted him as he was coming from Nathan's study.

“Where is my mother?” he asked

“She is in the garden sir” she answered while bowing her head as a sign of respect everyone respected Lilo in the house except his father. He walked to the garden to talk to his mother.

“Mother I missed you” he muttered as he hugged her from behind she was sitting down with a glass of juice in her hand.

“My poor child I miss you too I hope you have gone to your father's chamber before coming here” she asked

“Yes I have alot to do I have to prepare for tommorow's presentation it really going to be hectic tommorow”, he said scratching his head.

“You will be fine son I trust you” she pat his head gently.

“Mother I have to go now I just wanted to check how you doing I will be in my room just in case you need me send one of maid “ he said and pecked her on the cheek.

“Ok my dear” she replied and Lilo went ahead to his room.

Debbie stares at the flowers blowing gently and signed she and her husband have committed alot of crimes that she herself couldn't believe they could do such things. They had killed many innocent people and the most painful one is the death of her friend, her conscious wouldn't let her sleep at night she kept visiting her in her dreams. She and her husband made her kids orphans.

“I am so sorry for everything have done to you am sorry for killing you and your husband It wasn't my idea it was Nathan's. I know that no excuse could justice what we did to you . Your husband was just too stobborn that Nathan thought we got no other choice than to silence both of you if I could turn back time I wouldn't have allowed him do that to you am so sorry” she said sobbing.

Lilo unbottoned his shirt and wore something more lighter he took his laptop and went to his study. Just then Anthony call entered. He is Lilo's personal assistant and also is pal,he is the most annoying and at the same time sweetest friend you could ever ask for.

“ Hello my handsome boyfriend” he uttered while laughing

Lilo felt like cursing him out right there he is always calling at the wrong time.

“Don't be an awkward jerk and just tell me why you calling me” Lilo asked

“Calm down sweetie I heard you didn't go to work yesterday what wrong or is it that you went to some fairytales house for some cookies” he started teasing him.

“Don't be nasty Antony I had an emergency it is a long story” he replied

“Long story I can't wait to hear it” he responded

“ See I can't tell you anything now am working on the blue ville presentation I don't have time for your chit- chat . How is grandma doing I hope she is getting better” he asked

“ Yeah sure I should be home tomorrow am sorry man I won't be able to make it to the presentation” he said

“No prob take your time I would handle things here and my regards to grandma” he replied

“Ok man thanks bye” he responded and hanged up.

Lilo continued his work and kept revising and going through the documents on his table he doesn't want to make any mistake whatsoever he did that until it was very late at night and decided to get some rest.

Very early the next morning

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Lilo phone's kept ringing until he picked the call.

“Yes Lilo speaking” he said

“It Jackie am sorry for waking you up this early I just wanted to ask if you would be going to visit the girl at the hospital today” she asked

“Am so sorry Jackie I wasn't looking at the screen when I picked the call and it under probability that I would visit her today I really have a long day ahead”he replied

“Oooh ok thanks see you later” she said and hanged up.

Lilo got up from bed and went to take his bath he doesn't want to be late for the presentation after bathing he started delibrating on the cloth to wear after a deep thought he decided to go for the white shirt and wine trousers he quickly dressed up, put his accessories on and wore his shoe. he head downstairs.

He met his mom on his way downstairs

“Good morning Mom” he gave her a tight hug

“Morning my dear I hope you slept well you leaving so early” she asked

“Yes Mom I have to get to work and make sure everything is intact” he replied

“Ok my dear won't you take breakfast before leaving” she asked

“I don't think so I will get something at the office” he said and pecked her lightly on the cheek, his driver was already waiting for him he entered the car and they drove off.

They got to the office not quite long everyone especially the girl loves Lilo because he is a very handsome man so anytime he arrive at the office all eyes were always on him he was used to this already. He proceeded to his office to get some things and head to the conference hall everything was already set the screen was at the right place , everything just looks perfect.

Few hours later different shareholders and business owner started coming into the conference hall it was getting all crowdy already.

After some minutes the presentation started. Lilo came to the front to render his presentation.

“Good day my esteemed people am so honoured to be in front of you today, so today I would be bringing you to the world of an extreme technological city which I know you guys would really love to contribute to its growth so in front of you is the papers containing everything you need to know about blue ville. Blue ville is a technological city where lots of things are bound to happen. He showed them the view of the ville on the big screen in front of him. here we would have robots doing everything we want without no stress , we would have a super market, an airport , a tourist centre and a computer village where lots of games are created the most sweetest thing is that the robots would be the one handling everything no labour service required this will reduce our cost and workers inconsistency just imagine a robot being the one to take you round a tourist centre it would be thrilling. They would be the one doing everything human services require. I hope you would look into this and be willing to invest in this big project. The investors started murmuring and discussing among themselves.

“So we would conclude on this through a voting process so there is a screen before you. You can decide if you are willing to invest or not we would give you 5 minutes to do that” he said and stared at the screen to view the results. After some minutes the results appeared on the screen.

“ Judging from the results we have here which is 70% acceptance against 30% deniel we are so happy to announce to you that the blue ville project is going to become a reality thanks to all of you who voted for the future of blue ville we really appreciate” he said and bowed his head in appreciation the whole crowd clapped for him.

Nathan smiled from where he sat down he knew he had a very reliable son.

After the conference meeting Lilo came to meet his father in his office.

“It was a success! Dad I told you i could do this” he said

“ I know right am so proud of you” he give him a pat on the shoulder. Lilo smiled and decided to go to the hospital to check on Ella she was in his thoughts all day.

On the other hand at the hospital Ella's condition isn't showing any sign of improvement at all. Alex,the twins and Carlos stayed with her all night praying and hoping she would wake up .Carlos had to go to work and also visit the school to explain to them why the kids were absent so he wasn't with them in the morning. The nurse came check up on her.

“Am so hungry” Jasmine uttered

“Same here” Alex said

“ok don't worry I will get you some food the man that came yesterday paid for all your expenses” the nurse said

“Really that so nice of him” Flourish replied the nurse went out of the room to get them food. Few minutes later she came with three plates of food and handed it over to them.

“Thank you ma” Alex thanked her

After some time they were all done eating and they were discussing suddenly Alex noticed Ella was breathing very fast.

“Guys didn't you hear that sound Ella's breathing isn't normal” he said they all moved close to her not quite long she started shaking and moving on the bed

Flourish immediately rushed to call the doctor

You can't leave me alone Alex said shouting and holding her hands. The doctor and nurses immediately rushed inside. The doctor quickly checked her vitals sign her pulse was around 20 it was very low.

“Give her 6mg of adenosine and also intropin” he said she quickly administer it and set the drip but she wasn't responding to treatment she developed a cardiac arrest.

“Charge the defibrillator” he ordered the nurse charged it and handed it over to him

He quickly pressed it against her chest her bp was dropping drastically.

One of the nurse took the kids outside they were crying profusely just then Lilo came in he was shocked to see the kids crying so he quickly walked up to them. He saw the doctor and nurses surrounding her by now he knew her life was in grave danger his breathing changed he started feeling all sweating he moves close to the kids and tried consoling them.

The doctor started pushing down and up on her sternum trying to revive her dying heart.

Ella saw herself walking to the exit of the hospital wearing a hospital gown as she was about opening the door a voice called her and she stopped and turned back.

Amelia walked up to her and withdraw her hand from the door

“My princess you can't pass through that door you have to go back you still have alot of things to accomplish my dear” Amelia said patting her

“Mother I miss you so much why did you have to go so soon”she said sobbing

“It not like I wanted to leave no mother would willing want to leave her children to this cruel world it just that there are some things that happens in our life that we don't have power over” she told her

“Mother I want to stay with you I don't want to go back” she said

“No you can't say that my dear do you want to leave your brother all by himself he can't live without you and don't forget you promise me you would take care of him so now it your time to fulfill your promise” she replied

“Ok mother I love you so much” she said hugging her tightly.

The doctor kept trying after some time he decided to stop it seems like she wasnt going to come back to life but when he was about stopping her bp pumped up and her pulse increased she came back to life. He quickly told the nurses to administer some injection into the drip he went out to meet kids he saw Lilo also standing outside.

“Well let be grateful she came back to life she is out of coma now she would wake up in some hours” the doctor said.Lilo didn't know when he started smiling broadly. The kids started shouting out of joy they were so happy that they all hugged the doctor thanking him for saving there sister life.

“Thank you so much doctor I really appreciate can we go in now” he asked

“Yeah sure” he said and walked away. They all went inside the room

Lilo kept thinking about how afraid he was some minutes ago he almost had an heart attack thinking she was about to die. He kept staring at her as the kids surrounded her with a very happy face.

After some minutes Lilo didn't know when he started interacting with the kids they were so funny and lovely.

“So Alex tell me who is your crush I know a big boy like you would have a crush” he asked

He stole a glance at Jasmine, she couldn't help but blush.

“Hmmm what is that am seeing do you have a crush on one of the twins you can tell me” Lilo asked

“No am not telling you” he said feeling a little bit shy.

While they were talking flourish noticed Ella moved her hand so she called the attention of others

“It like i saw Ella's hand moving or am I just imagining things” Flourish said and they all concentrated on her

She continue moving her hands gradually then she opened her eyes.

“Ella you are awake” the all rushed to her

“ Where am I?” she asked totally confused she gently sat down trying to get what was happening

“Am so happy to see you Ella it is a long story you had an accident so that why you are here” Lilo said he was secretly smiling he was so happy to see her back again

“It like i have seen you somewhere yeah now I remember you are that guy that helped me at the restaurant the other day” she said

“ Yeah am the one just relax you just woke up try not to stress your head let me get the doctor I will be right back”he replied and went to call the doctor.

“We all missed you so much I can't imagine life without you” Alex said and they all hugged her.

“Am so happy to see you guys too and am sorry for putting you through alot I love you guys so much” she said retuning the hug

“We love you too” they all replied

“Wait where is uncle Carlos I haven't seen him” she asked

“ He went to work he would be here in the evening he will be so happy to see you he was so worried about you” Jasmine said

“Am so sorry guys you had to skip school because of me” she said feeling guilty

“You don't have to Ella you didn't wish to be in the situation so we all understand right?”Flourish asked the rest and they all nodded in agreement.
