"No," I replied. "I only read in the spell book that werewolves are divided into 3 classes: Alpha wolves, Beta wolves and the lowest class, Omega wolves. Are lone wolves another type of werewolf?"
"Lone wolves are cursed werewolves," Devon replied bitterly. "An outcast of the Luna."
"I don't know what that means?"
He then told me the story of the Lone Wolf, in a low, quiet tone, with a hint of sadness in it, as if he had been the main character in the story.
"The birth of a lone wolf will be accompanied by the death of its mother, and some fathers will send their newborn lone wolf babies deep into the mountains to escape bad luck and leave them to fend for themselves.
