Ashley's eyes flashed open, she wasn't at the hospital but was in a soft bed. It was so soft that she wanted to lay down and sleep but his voice brought her back to reality.
“What are you doing here?” Jack asked in his usual cold voice.
She sat up and faced him, “Like seriously you can't ask how I am feeling, can't you be nice for one” she said she was baffled by his questions.
“Look, I am not a gentle man, so I will ask you again for the last time. What are you doing here, are you stalking me?” he said suspiciously.
“I work here, happy now,” she said, getting down from the bed.
“What, who employed you?” He asked yet again.
“You know what, I am going to my office,” she said, picking up her map which was on the table close by.
“And what is your job here?” he asked, but there was no reply.
She already got out.
When she came out of the office, she looked at the map, only to find her in her office, she turned back and looked at the door to “CEO” that was boldly written there.
She decided to go out, and look at the door where's right now and “Secretary” was boldly written there.
She got back in, and sat down, is he the “CEO” she asked herself. He shouldn't be because I don't want anyone to shout at me.
Thirty minutes later, the door to the CEO'S office opened. He was shocked to see her sitting down there comfortably pressing her phone, she had nothing to do today.
“What are you doing there?” he asked
“I told you I work here, what are you doing there?” she asked him back
“I am the CEO of this company, I own it, so how come I don't remember, employing you here.” he said frustratedly.
“I am the secretary of this company, I work here, and I was employed today by the manager.” She said calmly, she can't possibly get fired on her first day.
“I'm going to meet the manager, and you are coming with me. I don't trust you.” He said.
“Okay boss,” she replied.
“Hey, I am not your boss, yet till I find out who you truly are,” he said.
“Alright sir,” she said and started following him, they got into the elevator and Ashley took her and started playing “Juice World” music she started rapping the song.
“Do you know I am your boss, and you aren't supposed to be disturbing me,” he asked.
“You said it yourself, that you are not yet my boss” she replied and continued rapping.
“If you really got employed, I am going to fire you,” he said.
She quickly turned off the music, “Sir you can't possibly do that, it's just my first day at work, please sir, pardon me this last time.” She said making puppy faces.
He wanted to laugh, because she looked so cute with the way she said the word and made a puppy face, “Then maintain and don't stress me”.
“Yes Boss, sorry I meant Sir” she said.
They got to the manager's office, and Jack asked, “Were you the one that employed her.”
“Yeah” William replied
“She is the girl from the Ice cream restaurant, I told you licked my Ice cream” he said
“What, are you…,” he was still talking when he was cut short by Ashley, “I will be in my office” she said and dash out.
“She is on my nerves already, but I'm gonna stress her, till she gets tired and resigns.” Jack said.
He also left for his office. When he got there, Ashley stood up and greeted him “You are welcome back boss, if you need anything don't hesitate to call me.” She said
“He just Shaked his head and entered his office.” Am in serious trouble he said in his mind.
Ashley, not having any experience about the job, decided to search about it on Google, she saw many, she selected her choice and started learning.
Not upto thirty minutes, a young lady like her came into her office, one could see her boobs mere looking at her. She looked at Ashley and said, “Are you the new secretary,” Betty asked.
“Yeah, any problem,” Ashley replied
“No not at all, just that you look bonny and hungry” she mocked her, and started staring at Ashley jealously, because of her curvy figure which is not easy for anyone to resist.
“Yeah, thanks, I guess you are the CEO'S PA. I might look hungry but I don't look like a slut like you,” she replied.
“What did you just call me,” she said walking to her, she was about to slap her when Jack came from his office, slap her and lose your job he said.
“She just called me a slut sir,” Betty said, hoping Jack will shout at Ashley.
“With your dressing one will mistake you as a slut, so go back to wherever you are coming from and dress well.” he said and went back to his office.
“This is not over,” she told Ashley and stormed out of the office.
Ashley just scoffed and wondered why he supported her.
6:00pm
Jack came outside to see someone besides his car, and that someone turned out to be Ashley.
“What are you doing beside my car?” he asked Ashley
“Sir, please take me home” she pleaded
“And why should I do that” he said
“I don't want to transport home, I will need the money for something else”
Jack ignored her and entered the car, and thinking that is a yes also entered the car.
What type of problem is this? Who asked you to get into my car, he asked
“Sir, my address is 49 Spruce RoadJamestown, NY 14701” she replied.
“Do enjoy trouble for a living,” he asked
“Sir my name is Ashley Brenda, you don't have to tell me your name I know it already” she said

“Ice man” she replied
