Well before they drifted too close to The Rapids, they brought The Woodland Rover up to the Kimoran bank of the river where the woodfolk could flick off the boat into the cover of the trees. They could have stayed onboard while the others disembarked in the town, but they were worried that some official might want to come on board. Besides which, they were pleased to have the chance to stretch their legs and meet the boat downstream of The Rapids later in the evening.
