Vivienne's POV Life continued. That was the strange part. I had agreed to five days and then Charles had gone back to work and I had sat at the window table for another twenty minutes finishing water I didn't need and then I had driven to Lumière and run three meetings and approved a campaign brief and eaten lunch at my desk and life had simply continued as though nothing had shifted underneath it.
