“So what’s the problem? Ring him,” Bodie answered, hearing the reticence in her voice. Hana bit her lip and glanced round, her expression pensive. “I don’t have the number. Logan found him.” Bodie looked at his mother, suspicion budding in his brown eyes. “Ask him for the number.” He shrugged and watched her reaction. “Okay.” Hana’s smiled drooped and Bodie leaned back in his chair. “What’s going on between you, Mum? I can’t work him out. Or you.” Hana sighed and shook her head. “Nothing. It’s fine.” She gazed through the glass at the dark mountains beyond, her head in turmoil. “He’s dodgy.” Bodie licked his lips and considered divulging something he’d picked up. “He’s not what you think.” “What’s that?” Hana asked. “Because I don’t know what I think.” Bodie shook his head. “Nothin
