Hannah pov
Guilt, sadness, anger. That’s all I felt about what my best friend is going through right now. I have pleaded with my father to let me tell her the truth. I am tired of hiding myself from her, but he won’ t let me and he won’t do it either.
A danger was lurking around. I heard him and Gideon conversing when they went to his study room. I didn’t mean to listen to them but the look on Gideon's face says it all and I was keen on finding out.
