Zayne’s POV
“No Doctor! I am the one you need to see about the results on my test” She managed to say, even though I know she is very weak.
“Excuse me, doctor. I am her boss, she fainted on my watch, I brought her here, so go ahead with anything you need to say” I said, looking straight at the poor doctor, subtly daring him to make a wrong move.
He is visibly shaking now, and I almost pity him.
“Mr Reed, uhm, I am sorry if the patient doesn't allow me to inform you of the results of the tests, I'm afraid I cannot violate that” He said to me, it is obvious that he dreads the action i might take after, but what bothers me the most about all this is the breath of relief Sky took beside me.
What is she hiding? Why? Why is she tense all the time?
