WRITER'S POV Derrick stood to his feet and walked to the window for the umpteenth time that morning. He stared out briefly down at the building next to his office and it was still as quiet and uneventful as the first time he had checked. Beta Damian strutted inside. “Are you worried? Why don't you go down and see for yourself if you are so worried,” he spoke, startling Derrick who immediately slung his hand into his pocket and shifted from the window. “Worried?
