Weeks have passed and Carrie went on about her life, although she couldn’t let go of the encounter she had months back.
Since it happened, the news had been on headlines and it was stated that he was in a coma for some days.People started to wonder if Luther was targeted by the same people or person who killed his father. His father died when Luther was a teenager and it was rumored that he was murdered by someone although the police closed it as a suicide case.
Luther’s father wasn’t really someone who was on a clean slate,he was a corrupt magnate, who illicitly embezzled funds, exploiting their wealth and power for personal gain.Although he loved his family very much and could do anything for them.
Growing up,people viewed Luther’s family with contempt based on his dads reputation.
Luther grew up ensuring he wasn’t like his father, as he turned 20,he took up the CEO role in his Father’s firm and the business has expanded gracefully years after his father’s death.
Luther knew his dad was brutally murdered but unfortunately the police couldn’t do anything to solve the case. But he didn’t relent, while growing his family's business he also decided to make his own investigations which has always ended up to a dead end.Years has passed and Luther tried his possible best not to give up.
He must find out the truth.

At pearl hospital,Luther sat up on his hospital bed as he spoke to the investigators,
“That's all I can remember…I don’t really remember much ”he said as he went into details about how he got stabbed.
“But I also remember seeing a lady”
“Dark skin, curly hair,I couldn’t really see her face but it looked like she was trying to help me ” …”that was the last thing I saw ” he continued as he went lost in thoughts.
The investigators took note of all Luther said and stood up to take their leave, assuring Luther they would do their best to solve the case and also inform him if they find out anything new concerning the case.
“We can’t really conclude that she was trying to help you,for all we know she could be an accomplice ”Luther’s Assistant,Claudia spoke as the investigators took their leave.
“I don’t think so,” Luther disagreed.
“No,she’s not,” he added,after a quick pause.
“How would you know?…you don’t even remember anything?”Claudia said.
“I just know it” Luther stated,he chuckled knowing well that he’s sure of himself.
“Anyways we have to find her” he continued.
“I just need to thank her for saving my life,”he continued, taking a deep breath.
Claudia tried to talk him out of it “Are you sure she actually did?..the police are supposed to be the one looking for her for questioning”
“Hmm.”Luther said with no expression on his face.
“Just find her” he stated.

Claudia made her findings about Carrie although she wasn’t in support of it,she had to obey her boss.
She contacted the manager of the hotel where the event took place, where Luther was stabbed. The manager gave her Carrie’s name and also gave a description which also matched how Luther described her.
Weeks had passed and Luther was on his feet again, not totally healed but strong enough to do something.
He was ready to go back to work although his Assistant disagreed.
The following day, Luther drove to his firm and handed the valet his keys.
"Welcome back, sir," he said, but Luther ignored him and made his way to the elevator. As soon as he arrived, the employees around him were on their best behavior, saying "Welcome, sir," "Welcome, Mr. King," as he Walked in.
When he got to the 8th floor, his PA, Claudia, was already waiting for him. "Good morning, Mr. King," she said, handing him his coffee and following him to his office table.
Luther remained silent, not feeling the need to respond to his employees.
"There's a meeting today scheduled for 12pm with Elysian Enterprise, sir," she said, dropping some documents on his table. "Also, Mr. Drew said he would be stopping by to discuss an important business with you by 3pm”.
“Would you like to make any more enquiries, sir?"
"No, Claudia, just make sure you're also present for the meeting. That'll be all," Luther finally spoke.
"Ok, sir," she replied.
“Oh Claudia, how about the lady from the hotel?”Luther called back, catching Claudia's attention.
Claudia let out a sigh because she hoped he’d never ask.She thought he had forgotten.
“I got her name and her socials,Her name is Carrie dé Williams. A dancer and model under an agency called Mizvik”Claudia said placing her laptop on Luther’s work desk.
On the laptop screen was Carrie’s picture,Luther went mute and just stared at the photo lost in thought.
Claudia also described Carrie’s daily routine and how she spends most of her time at Mizvik’s Studio.
"Tell Drew I won't be available by 2pm to see him...I have to go somewhere," he said.
Claudia was confused, but all she said was, "Ok, sir." She knew she dared not to question Luther's decision.

At Mizvik Studio, Carrie and Emily were practicing a dance routine with Mizvik as the music played in the background. "And 5..6..7..8..twirl,and stop," Mizvik said as he demonstrated the steps.
"Ok Carrie,Emily…you’re up," he said as she noticed a group of girls looking out the window.
"Oh my God…it’s Him!" one of the girls whispered. “What could he be doing here?” another girl said, nervously excited.
Carrie, Emily, and Mizvik rushed to the window to see what the commotion was about. They saw a crowd of people gathered around a sporty car, but they couldn't make out who was inside.
Just as they were trying to get a better look…
“Mizvik” someone called out from behind them.
Mizvik was taken aback to see who called. Everyone turned around to see him standing there, his eyes scanning the room as if he was looking for someone.
"Mr. King!, what a pleasure it is to see you!" Mizvik said as he walked over and extended his hand for a handshake. "Let's go talk in my office, this way," he said, leading Luther to his office.
"It's so great to see you again, sir. I remember meeting you last year at your sister's engagement," Mizvik continued, but Luther seemed to be ignoring him. He kept quiet and just looked around the office.
"I'm here to see one of your girls," Luther finally spoke, interrupting Mizvik.
He had a surprised look on his face. "Who, sir?" he asked.
"Carrie... I was told she works for you," Luther replied, his face expressionless.
Mizvik had a lot of questions, but he knew better than to ask them. "I'll call her here for you now," he said, as he stood up and hurried out the door.
Carrie was taken aback when she saw Luther in the studio. She had a flashback back of how she met him at first, laying lifeless. Now he’s standing strong, she was pretty sure people around him felt intimidated. She wondered if he was there for her, but she quickly dismissed the idea, as why would Luther want to see her? Emily, on the other hand, started to tease Carrie.
Just as she was telling Emily to be quiet, Mizvik re-entered the studio and beckoned for Carrie to come to his office. As Carrie stood up and made her way to the office, she could hear the other ladies in the studio murmuring, but she chose to ignore them and took a deep breath before entering the office.
As soon as Carrie stepped into the office, she saw Luther with a huge smile on his face. Mizvik was perplexed by the sudden change in Luther's expression. He had never seen him smile before, and now he was beaming at the sight of Carrie.
Luther gave Mizvik a look that made it clear he wanted him to leave the room. Carrie, nervously twiddling her fingers, waited until Mizvik had completely exited the office before she said anything.
“We finally meet…Carrie”Luther said, breaking the silence.
“Remember me?” He asked.
Carrie let out a nervous chuckle. “Yes…I do ”
“What …what brings you here? She asked.
"To see you," he answered simply. "And to ask if you'd like to join me for dinner tomorrow, just the two of us."
Carrie's eyes widened in surprise at his invitation. "Dinner? Tomorrow?!"
Luther nodded and said, "I'd love to get to know you better and also thank you for saving my life."
She was taken aback and wasn't sure what to say. "Yes, dinner sounds nice," she finally replied.
"Wonderful," he said, standing up from his chair. "I'll have my assistant arrange the details."
He then walked out of the studio.

In the dimly lit room, the peaceful quiet was broken by the sudden ringing of a phone. With anticipation, a female figure reached out and answered the call. An indistinct voice spoke from the other end of the line, their words barely audible.
“Yes…it’s going according to plan,” the female figure replied. “There’s a new romantic interest in the picture, I was wondering if we could bring her in,” she continued. The anonymous voice gave her an order.
“Yes sir…it’ll be done in no time,” she answered. “Understood,” the woman said as the anonymous voice hung up.
