I heard Thomas climbing out of the car and I turned to see if he was following. I hear his terrifying growl as I see him shift into his wolf and jump on the first man approaching the vehicle. I turned back around and continued onwards. I can hear the fighting and I run, I move as fast as I can in my weakened state, crashing through the brush and stumbling over roots, running deeper into the forest. I dare not look back again, it will only slow me down. Instead, I keep going, moving forwards. After a little while, I hear what sounds like a roar and then I hear Thomas scream. The sound chills me to the bone and I fall, landing hard. I feel my wrist snap and cry out in pain. Then Thomas' voice breaks me from the fog of pain clouding my mind.
