BRYNN The ride on the ferry took a few hours, but thankfully I could rest my eyes for an hour before I felt a light tap on my arm waking me up; it was Macy. "We're almost at the docks, dear,” she says kindly to me as I sit up in response. My baby is still sleeping soundly in my arms. At least I was well. rested and less anxious as the city lights came into view. We dropped out of the boat, filing out quietly, with Macy leading me.
