A part of him wanted to investigate it himself, but he hated for Killian to find out through other means before he could even tell him. But he could see the fear and doubt in Killian's eyes, knowing he didn’t want to have hope and let it lead to a dead end. Of course, it’s been three years since she died, and him getting this clue just a few days ago makes it seem unreal. It still felt unreal to Marcel.
