Even in my drunken stupor, I knew Remus was standing before me, giving me an evil look. Every look and emotions radiating off him screamed anger and disgust. How he found me was not the question now because I knew he had agents all over the country and in every city but still, it was very scary to say the least.
''What are you doing here?'' I asked.
Even in my drunken stupor, I secretly congratulated myself on how strong my voice was. It wasn't everyone who could face Remus and an angry one was deadly.
''I think I should be asking you that question… wife.'' he snapped.
The bouncer guy beside me sucked in a breath and it was only then he realized he had involved himself in some deep s**t. He took a step back but the look Remus sent his way had him frozen on the spot.
