DARIUS’ POV
The meeting with the elders lasted for so long that I almost thought of ending it right in the middle. It was the longest time that I had sat down with them, deliberating on so many issues that were brought to me.
But instead of concentrating on the issues that seemed more urgent, they seemed to be concerned about the affairs of I and Alara, under the excuse that they were worried that I could get killed.
But I dismissed them and their opinions as soon as I considered the meeting over, and some of them grumbled away, feeling very offended and unsatisfied.
