Asher was gripped by an intense apprehension as soon as he saw that Darius was approaching, and I sneered at him because I was aware of what could happen if Darius found out that he could have been involved in the event that almost killed m.
“Why is he injured?” Darius asked as soon as he walked up to us, but no other person was willing to speak, they all turned to me while Daston was still grunting and panting.
“I did it, it was the only way I could get him to confess.”
Darius sighed. At first he was shocked, but when he looked at the prisoner, he realized that he deserved whatever I did to him.
