Emery’s POV
My heart skipped a beat when Terrence rushed to us. His eyes were full of anger and disappointment as Kreed hugged me even tighter, not wanting to let me go.
I still couldn't move because Terrence’s presence shocked me. He has always been irritated with Kreed and I know this incident makes him angry.
“Emery, please accept me again…”
Terrence pulled me away from him. He was violent but still trying to be gentle as he pulled me.
He landed his sharp gaze on Kreed. “Sad to say the woman you’re asking to accept you is already married.”
Kreed gritted his teeth as he looked at Terrence. They’re both angry and are showing dark expressions.
Terrence hid me behind him, still holding my hand.
