She’s still standing and weeping and staring at the paper with her mother's handwriting which kind of looks strange to her. Suddenly, a hand caresses her shoulders softly and she quivers in panic as she turns to see Miss Rosa. Immediately she wipes off her tears. “It's ok to cry, my dear. It's been 15 years and you have acted strong enough but the pain never goes” she comforts Iris. “Sometimes I wonder what she's doing, – like right now. Is she aware that I am married and still waiting for her?” she whimpers. Miss Rosa glares at her pitifully. The young lady has been through a lot and it seems like fate isn't making any attempts to ease her pain. “I'm sure your mom is thinking about you right now" she tries to give her a little hope. “I doubt that Miss Rosa,” she says faintly. ~~~~~
