Preston couldn’t deny he was impressed. I linked Alexander, “Your mate has crazy ideas for dates.” Alexander snorted, “Not really. This experience is modeled after what she thought mom would do as a Fairy.” Yeah, that tracked actually. It was still crazy this existed.

Bernard added, “Mate loves this.” Yeah, she really did. I linked my brother, “Am I really driving through a waterfall?” Alexander answered, “Supposed danger increases connection and make you feel safe with someone, P.” Something told me there was a long explanation.

William linked, “How is it going?” I replied, “You guys have got to come here.” William chuckled, “Check the bond, brother.” Julian and William were close to me. I snorted, “You’re here?!” William replied, “It just makes sense, P. There are three houses, three of us, we are super close and ya know people love our mates and stuff.”

I replied, “I’m getting a lot of people paraphrasing our sister in law tonight.” William replied, “If you need us we are a pop away.” I snorted, “I got this.” Piper and I drove through the waterfall holding hands. Piper was taking pictures as we followed the path to the dock.

Bernard purred, “This is perfect.” Yeah, this place was amazing and our family was about to flock to it. I’d bet my Hackura family was on the list because my parents stayed here. My wolf teased, “We’ve set the date bar very high.” I might have to fly my mate to Italy for dinner next. Popping would be so much faster, but as things stood that wasn’t an option.

I told Bernard, “Piper deserves all the stops.” Bernard agreed, “Yes, mate really does.” Our waiter was a Demon and clearly using the tent to shimmer in and out. The tent was a nice touch though since this was a Supernatural exclusive place.

I got us talking. I felt a little bad because I knew more about Piper than she knew about herself. Bernard insisted, “Mate will understand once Sora wakes up and she remembers everything.” I knew that, I just hated it.

I told Piper about myself, and a part of me relaxed when she was aghast that me being close to my siblings upset my ex. Bernard said, “Mate will be upset when she realizes she has siblings.” Which would be shortly. Piper might gloss over it and just be excited. We’d have to see. Pernell was going to be in deep s**t when Piper got her memories back.

Bernard snorted, “I will have to talk to Sora, she’s probably angrier than Piper is.” I reasoned, “Maybe not.” Bernard replied, “What hurts you, hurts me. I am more often upset on your behalf than you are.” Ok, that was true.

I could smell how aroused Piper was and it was killing me. Bernard purred, “Mark mate.” I warned, “We are not doing that until Piper remembers who she is and Sora is awake.” Bernard huffed, “What about one of those things?” I said, “I won’t mark her without knowing if it could hurt Sora. Like Melanie and Freya.”

Bernard pointed out, “That’s very different.” I reasoned, “Still, I won’t be the reason Sora doesn’t wake up or shift again.” Bernard replied, “What I hear you saying is that if Sora wakes up and shifts we can mark mate even if her memories haven’t returned.” I amended, “If Piper agrees, yes.” Bernard purred with satisfaction.

Piper mentioned her dad and Bernard snarled in my head. Yeah, f**k Pernell Rhoades and his father. I knew the situation with Remi before Piper came into my life. They hadn’t mentioned her in the pack report I saw, which I understood since the F.B.I. was involved.

Uncle Bjourn started hunting down Berbalang’s and had found several groups and freed more people. Other Berbalang groups had stuck to hybrids, like the Ring. f*****g bastards. Bernard growled, “They are horrid things.” We had yet to meet a good one, or Uncle Bjourn hadn’t. Most were pissed at that group of them for taking Remi because it pointed us at them. That was something I could talk to Piper about later though.

I linked Melanie, “Thank you for this place. Piper loves it.” Melanie replied, “Yup… and I’m not making plans… about other stuff….nope. Not me.” I asked, “What things are you not planning?” Melanie replied, “Umm… how Piper will definitely…. Love that area…. And will create a nest.”

I asked, “What?” Melanie squeaked, “Huh? What? Who? Me? No… you.” I linked Alexander, “I broke your mate. Please find out why.” Alexander laughed, “I’m on it. Have fun on your date, little brother.” I admitted, “I plan to.”

The rest of our date went smoothly. CJ linked, “How’s the date?” I replied, “If there’s a problem, ask literally anyone else.” CJ laughed, “No problems, I just want to know how you’re doing.” I answered, “Really good.”

The ambiance of the place was truly stunning. Sitting with Piper on the dock made it feel like we were the only people in the world. I threw out the options for the evening hoping that Piper would choose to stay with me.

Bernard grumbled, “With memories and Sora mate would agree.” That was very true. Piper would already be marked too. Bernard huffed in my head, then began purring when Piper agreed to go to the house.

I linked Melanie, “I’ll have to reimburse you for the swim suits we use.” Melanie replied, “So… no… anything you wear or use that you like will be given to you…. In a bag… when you leave…. If you don’t like it…. Swim suits… are tossed…. And the clothes…. Are donated.” I realized, “Damn. You really wanted to go to the BAGG days, didn’t you? That’s straight out of my mom’s handbook for such things.”

Melanie squeaked, “Umm… I… that’s… you… no?” I snorted, “It’s fine that you wanted to go.” Melanie added, “Umm your mom did add some clothes. … specifically for Piper… and I got her a custom robe… well your mom conjured it… but yeah… you guys can take anything you want… it’s part of the package.” Except I hadn’t bought it.

I linked CJ, “Look up the package prices of this place and pay Melanie.” CJ asked, “Do you enjoy giving me impossible tasks? Melanie won’t want to be paid therefore she will not be.” I replied, “Reason with her then, about me wanting to pay for my first date with my mate.” CJ snorted, “I’ll just be getting with Sierra about the ridiculous discount you’re about to get, but I will find a way to get some money to Melanie for this.” Good.

I called for the boat on the tablet and received the message back saying they were on the way. From where? I saw the boat before Piper, but only because I was watching. I linked Julian and William, “Have you guys seen the boat?!”

Julian replied, “I’m looking at it and my jaw is on the floor. Val is saying this is totally Mel.” William joined in, “I’m getting how this is exactly what Mel wanted for romantic moments with her Xander.” I snorted, “I still can’t believe our sister in law calls our brother that and he love sit so much.” Both replied, “Agreed.”

Bernard snorted, “Oden hit people for that.” Yes, he had. Keaton and Alexander both had nicknames now when they didn’t care for them previously. Mates, I guess. I looked at Piper who was in awe. Yeah, I would let her call me anything she wanted.

Bernard purred when Piper moaned and I shifted trying to think thoughts that would make my d**k less or a hard rock. I linked Melanie, “My mate loves the soft blanket.” Melanie said, “Yeah… well.. Kitsunes… love soft materials… I ordered some things…. That… yup… I’m on it.” I laughed, “Order them for my room too.” Melanie squeaked, “Sure… I hadn’t done that… they aren’t there… already or anything.”

I linked Alexander, “Did you conjure soft blankets to my room?” Alexander laughed, “I have learned so many things about materials and their softness. I’ve learned about eiderdown, which you will love. It's the best thing ever, just so you know. Specifically the feathers. Minky Couture is your best friend along with some material I conjured that mom made into a blanket with magic.”

Bernard questioned, “Why do we need to learn about feathers?” I had no idea but based on the bond Alexander literally felt like they were his actual favorite thing. I linked CJ, “Learn about eiderdown feathers and why I should like them.” CJ snorted, “Asking Sierra.” That was probably the better way to go.

I asked, “Where is the material from?” Alexander answered, “The realm the Kitsunes are supposed to rule. Melanie wants to taunt Pernell’s group with the material but not give it to them.” Bernard cackled in my head. I responded, “Give her the green light.”

Alexander laughed, “Little brother, I personally put a square of it in their enclosed area. I hope it drives them just a little crazy.” Good. I asked, “Has the prisoner Melanie took given answered?”

Alexander snorted, “Prisoners, plural. We went back and Uncle Bjourn is on it.” Damn. I sent my Uncle my love in the bond, which he sent back. The boat got going and I watched the scene with my mate.

I linked Julian and William, “This place is so romantic it’s a little crazy.” William agreed, “It is. According to Uncle Gunner, all our Uncles have reservations here since mom and dad visited.” I teased, “They probably sent Melanie into a hyperventilating spiral. That meant our parents liked it.”

Julian snorted, “Well, Uncle Gunner must have cracked Melanie’s system because he said she was obsessively checking in to make sure our parents had a good time.” I’d wonder how Uncle Gunner managed that, but he was a renowned hacker and probably recognized the code as his own.

William reasoned, “Uncle Gunner isn’t in the whole system yet.” I replied, “Which must excite him. Our Uncle finally has another challenging project.” I loved that for him because I knew Uncle Gunner feared he was burning out because his job wasn’t as fun to him anymore. It was about protecting the family. Now, he was definitely having fun again.

All those thoughts left me when Piper’s eyes narrowed on my lips. Bernard demanded, “Kiss mate.” I snorted, “Look here wolf of mine, I’m going to. Let me suave.” Bernard snorted, “For god’s sake humans have to make everything so complicated. Sora needs to wake up immediately.” I agreed but not for the same reason.

Our kiss was life changing. All my mated siblings talked about the mate bond, but it was on a whole other level. Mom was throwing her happiness down the bond for me. I pulled back. Bernard groaned, “Why?” I answered, “The driver.” Bernard huffed.

I fed my mate the first thing my hand touched and quickly dove back into her mouth. Bernard said, “I take back my earlier annoyance with you, this was a great idea.” I retorted, “I’m so glad you approve.”

We made out until the boat slowed down. The house came into view. While I wasn’t shocked at all, Piper was. This house could actually fit our family. I linked mom, “This place for a holiday would be quite fun. You could probably add a pool.” Mom squealed, “OH MY f*****g GOD! I love that idea!” I felt her utter delight.

We started teasing each other about the connections we shared. I realized Theo was holding onto my bond. I sent him the emotion that it was going well. I knew that would make Jane happy.

Bernard chimed in, “Mate’s Supernatural instincts are easily still intact since she thinks Uncle Harper’s marriage is sweet.” That was very true, but Piper had never really been raised as a human.

When we docked, I couldn’t help but smirk at the hot tub. It was massive, but that was clearly Melanie’s intent. My sister in law wanted us here as a group and that could easily be arranged.

There were two Supernatural’s here. I glanced at Jenkins, “You must be how my dad found out about this place.” He was in our pack. Jenkins chuckled, “Yes, I told him once I got the job well before it opened. I told him this place would be special. Congratulations on meeting your mate, Alpha Preston.” I inclined my head.

Jenkins said, “I’d show you where the suits are, but I know you’ll snap yourself ready. I’ll just set this area up for use and get out of your hair.” I snapped myself into swim trunks and got into the hot tub.

I linked William and Julian, “So, are you guys in the hot tub together?” Julian answered, “Yup. I popped us to William’s place. The one I’m at is clearly geared towards Fae blood.” Melanie would send him to that one since he learned towards his Fairy blood.

I waited for Piper to come back. Jenkins set everything up. I asked, “Are you guys booked out?” Jenkins answered, “Yes, it’s a very popular spot for privacy. There are coupons and to start, coupons for stays were sent out.” Of course they were. I nodded and he went somewhere through a secret door.

Bernard laughed, “Of course there is a secret door.” Yup, I was not surprised at all. Julian linked, “This place keeps getting nicer.” I admitted, “I know. Melanie clearly wanted to go to BAGG days.” Julian agreed, “For sure.”

Then I spotted my mate. Never in my life had a robe made me hard. Not one time. I linked Melanie, “What in the f**k is that robe?!” Melanie answered, “Uhh… I feel like you know the answer….because… like I know what Sora looks like…so…that’s a thing.” Bernard purred.

I took in Piper, unable to look away, then she dropped the damn towel. I linked my brothers, “Are your mate’s swim suits and ROBES designed to make you come in your damn pants?!” Both growled, “Yup.” Jesus.

Bernard howled happily when Piper said she wanted to stay. Then things got hot and heavy. I linked Melanie, “Does my mate actually have the arm implant?” Melanie answered, “Uhh… no… is the answer I’d give if… I accessed her medical records… which is a crime… and I did not do that.” I nearly rolled my eyes.

Melanie added, “But… like someone probably told Piper… she had one… because she likely had the birds and bees talk… but like you can’t exactly explain… she has a fertile time… once marked… but like Kitsune’s instincts come out once they meet their mate… so… nests.”

I snorted, “You’re going to need to send me what you’ve learned from the Kitsunes you met in the realm they are supposed to rule.” Melanie hummed, “Umm sure… I already sent it to Nico… and CJ… they are meeting with Si… a lot… for some reason.” Good.

Piper ran from me. Bernard purred, “We can chase mate.” Yeah, that was going to happen. I popped to the door. Jenkins grinned, “The Future Luna said I can’t let you in for ten seconds.” I groaned while Jenkins laughed.

I ran and heard the elevator because of course the house had one. I got there as it closed. Bernard grumbled, “We could pop in the elevator if mate had her memories.” Another time then. I popped upstairs though.

I faded back and watched Piper jump into the bed. It wasn’t a conscious thought to fade in and spank her, but I did it. Bernard took over to declare her eyes. Piper made a Kitsune noise that had Bernard searching for Sora, but she was still asleep.

I ate her out like it was my job. None of my mated siblings mentioned how addicting this was. Bernard assured me, “I’m telling them all that.” We lost ourselves in each other. I bit several pillows because her neck was right there. Her marking spot was practically shining like a beacon asking me to sink my teeth into it.

I kissed her neck silently promising, “Soon. The second Sora and Piper want my mark.” Bernard chuckled, “I think our mate is going to call us her monster.” Yeah, well I’d be literally whatever she wanted so that was perfectly fine with me and my wolf.

We barely managed to get our hands off each other, but only because my mate went to shower. I linked my mates siblings, “You guys suck for not saying how addicting the mate bond was. I’m only excluding Alexander because it’s been a short time for him and he’s only been with Melanie. He has to agree with me though.”

Alexander grunted, “I do.” Everyone was having s*x. Cassie gasped, “HEY! I’ve only had s*x with Cayden too!” I retorted, ‘Then tell Cayden I said he sucks for his lack of a heads up.” Cassie giggled, “Will do.”

Then Piper came out of the bathroom. WHAT WERE THOSE PAJAMAS?! Bernard growled, “Something to take off mate.” I agreed and we were lost to each other again. Piper passed out from pleasure and I cleaned her off then snapped her back into the pajama’s she picked.

I whispered, “I’ll always take care of you, Piper. I’ll figure out what’s going on with Sora. I’ll fix it.” Because I’d fix everything for her. I faded into sleep wondering how the hell I was going to do that, but by god I would.

When Piper got up I watched her then heard things shifting around. I faded back and watched my mate grabbing things on the little cozy bed outside. I linked CJ, “Read about the nesting instincts for Kitsunes, stat.”

CJ replied, “Whose your favorite Beta and Gamma?” I snorted, “You and Nice.” CJ replied, “Yes, when I see you next I have answers. I have color coordinated folders. I love me a Luna with Beta blood. It’s the best.” Given she was a genius he probably loved that part more.

CJ added, “Get food if she’s arranging stuff. It will take her at minimum thirty minutes and food is required after. Melanie will now designate that house for you because that’s where Piper started nesting. You’ll have to go back, which is not a problem since that house is literally only available to the Conners, Cambridge’s, and Holloran’s.”

I linked Jenkins, “I need a big spread of breakfast up here.” Jenkins replied, “I’m on it.” I snorted, “Not all our friends?” CJ replied, “Obviously Odette and Keaton can go, but the other houses are geared more towards having friends than the family. The one William is at is for the wolves.” Of course it was.

Melanie added, “So.. food… is necessary… also.. Umm praise… mention you love how it looks…that’s super important.” I replied, “Got it.” Jenkins linked, “Food is outside the door.” I replied, “Thanks, Jenkins.” I conjured the food to me.

It took Piper an hour before she stopped. I linked Melanie, “Do I need permission to enter?” Melanie answered, “You? No… anyone else… yeah… they’d get attacked… you’re fine though.” Good to know.

Melanie was right, which didn’t shock me. Piper attacked the food and I could see her calming down. Bernard grumbled, “If Sora was awake, I would have more an idea what the heck was going on.” I knew that.

We held each other for a bit, but not as long as I thought Piper would want to stay in the nest. When she went to get her swim suit. I called CJ. My Beta answered, “Morning glory and hallelujah to you, Alpha.”

I snorted, “You are so weird. Does the fact we didn’t spend much time in the nest mean anything?” CJ answered, “I love that I know this answer, it does. It means that her fertile time isn’t close, but that she’s starting because she met you.”

I asked, “There are phases to this s**t? It’s not like heat?” CJ laughed, “No, it’s not like a heat. Kitsunes aren’t in pain when they go into their fertile time.” I asked, “Does it have it name?” CJ answered, “It does but I can’t pronounce it. Ok? Nico and I tried, Sierra laughed, while Melanie tried to coach us on it.”

I asked, “You already talked to Melanie?” CJ asked, “Did you forget Melanie gets up at the ASS CRACK of dawn?! I talked to her after she ran, danced, and cooked. I feel like such a slacker with all the sleeping I do around that woman.” I busted up laughing.

Jenkins linked me, “Piper is in the hot tub.” I told CJ, “I’ve got to go and I have no idea when I’ll be back. I can’t be there before ten though because then Remi will give me s**t for the rest of our lives.”

CJ snorted, “Yeah, It’s nine-thirty P. You can’t get back in thirty minutes because you can’t use your ability to pop or portal so you’re all good.” Thank god. I popped to Piper and my d**k was instantly hard again. These swim suits! My god.

Bernard purred, “Rip it off her.” I might. Jenkins linked, “I’m heading to my secret door, but everything is deep cleaned once a guest leaves or overnight. Use anything you want.” Good to know. We came again then got to talking.
