I focused my whole attention on the people in front of me, since it was more worth it than wasting a single breath and second with Dahlia who would only kind of ruin my relationship with Mallory. I could deal with Dahlia later so I would be able to discuss it with Mallory as well. My mind was filled with a sense of contentment and warmth as I was reflecting on the lovely evening.
