M A L L O R Y In Max's apartment, Gia, Max, and I made the decision to spend a girls' night out. Following some wine and some deeper, wiser, and more meaningful chats—drinks and nibbles we prepared, of course—we had the kind of grownup even more as we have aged together, all childless, with our unmarried conversations we typically had together as we mostly ranted about work and how tiring the week was.
