Chapter 9 -Wedding(1)

After the pleasant meeting I headed straight to my home.All I wanted to do now is to spend some time with my parents.Once I reached home,I saw my mom speaking with the wedding planners,dad was busy on the phone.... probably inviting people....

Soon I managed to send all the extra people out.I dragged my parents to the sofa and connected the tv with my phone and played all the videos from the past two years.Every moment had its own story.Until the time of dinner we were chatting endlessly.Suddenly the door bell rang and I knew that the online delivery has come.Soon we sat down to have our dinner.

A tear slipped from my eyes as the scene in front of me was too overwhelming.Seeing me like this my mom held my hand and comforted me for a while.Then after spending some more time.I finally went to bed but you know life's a b***h and you don't know when it will turn upside down.

I started perspiring and shaking,the dream or the nightmare was too real.I can't move my body and suddenly I got up.All I wanted was some air ,I can't breathe....I felt like someone was holding my throat or obstructing me not to be able to breathe.With all the power I had I got up and went to the near by window.The cold wind hit my face and all I could feel was calmness and peace.I stood there for a while and then went to the bathroom.I splashed some water and then I was all okay.

After coming out I stood in the front of the bedside drawer and pulled out my medication and swallowed two pills.All my symptoms subsided and after sometime I was able to sleep peacefully.

Next morning I was up ,looking around my room for the last time as I was soon getting married and might or might never come back.

I went down to greet my parents.After that I had my breakfast with them.At 9 we were ready to leave.Katty was waiting for me as I had to go to the hospital to get my dressing changed.Mom and dad were running here and there.I was running behind them.Then came the driver whom I had arranged to pick my parents.They left then Katty took me to the hospital.

At the Wedding Venue.....

As expected from our daughter.Everything is handled amazingly.Today let me see who can criticize her.I am gonna rip them off.....

Relax honey don't get angry,we are here for her.See your handsome face is getting stained with angry wrinkles.Be calm....

Hmm....

Now let's check the arrangements.

Ma'am the groom's family had arrived.

Okay.You get busy with your work.But be around we might need you .And let the waiters be ready to serve the guests.See that there is no problem with anything.

Sure ma'am.

Let's go.We have to face them.Be polite don't be angry and don't make things difficult for them.

Let's see the arrangements.I must say the whole venue is looking great.

The place was big.A huge chandelier was in the middle making it look eternal.The flower and stone decoration around was breathtaking.A fountain was also eye-catching but the stage was the main event.It was beautifully designed and decorated that no one could believe it was done by a human.

All the awaited relatives,guests and invited people started entering.Among them was an unexpected couple-Richard and Alice.Everybody were quite surprised to see them.

We didn't expect you to be here....like weren't you on the honeymoon phase.

No we hadn't decided it and I really wanted to attend my friend's wedding.Oh don't think it's David okay,my friend is Olivia.And I am here for her not for that knucklehead.

(crowd laughs)As expected of Alice,you didn't change.Richard are you getting used to her?

I don't have to,I like her how she is?

Don't you dare open your mouth Brandon.Once you open it and speak some kind of s**t,I am really gonna punch that pretty face of yours.

Really....I didn't expect her to change so much just after getting married.I miss my sister, brother-in-law what did you do to her?Alice where are you?

Where is the bride?

She ....she will be coming in half an hour.

So much time?She is the bride not the guest.

Mrs.Smith,I know she is the bride but you might have forgotten that she is hurt and wants some medical attention.She had went to the hospital for her dressing.She will be here on time.

Mrs.Smith and Chloe left to attend some guests.Mr.Smith was busy conversing with Mr Cooper.Jade,Alice,Richard and Brandon were sitting at the nearest table.Mrs.Cooper was checking with the wedding planner.Only one person was idle and that was David.

He was lost in his own thoughts.....

After 20 minutes he was asked to step on the stage and stand in his position.He was standing there with a straight face.He had no expression.Guests around were ready for some hot gossip.

Then the anchor started the event and everybody seated were now looking at the groom.

After 10 minutes of introduction and other stuff,the anchor announced the arrival of the bride.

Your daughter is right on time.....

(smirks)I told you...

The faint music could be heard and the huge doors opened slowly and there stood the father and daughter.The way her father had held her hand showed how much he cared for her.Because her hand was on her father's heart.

Why am I feeling so emotional
