Chapter 3 - Memories....

It was midnight when I had reached home.I had already texted dad that I would be late so not to wait for me.When I entered inside all I could see was darkness and only the moonlight falling in the hall.I kept my things in the hall and directly went to my parents bedroom.Everything seemed alright,both were in deep sleep.I entered slowly and stood there looking at their old faces.I wanted to cry but held my tears and thought;' I have only 15 days left and all I want is to give them is the best 15 days of our life which will be filled with love and happiness.

She soon left the room, picked all her things from the hall and went to her room.She took a shower and wore her pajamas and went straight to her bed.Tiredness engulfed her totally that she soon fell in deep sleep.

Next morning she woke up early and went for a jog .The sun was rising and the breeze was not too cold but cool enough to make you feel fresh.After jogging for almost an hour she came back and prepared breakfast at that time her parents had just woken up.When they heard noise downstairs they were astonished to see Olivia preparing breakfast.

Princess what are you doing?

Preparing breakfast...

I can see that but aren't you going to office today?You will be late if you don't hurry up.

I won't be late, all my schedules are rescheduled and are reduced to only half a day's work so now I don't have to hurry.All I want to do is to spend my time with my mom and dad.You know right we now only have few days left.I want to increase some precious assets in my life, so that when I face liabilities I would settle them with these beautiful assets....

(With teary eyes)Is it eatable? I guess it's your first time making breakfast.Honey do you know any hospital nearby?

Really Mom ....

(Laughter)

I know a hospital but it's 2km away dear...

Is this really made by you?I can't believe this is so tasty.I didn't expect you to be so talented.By the way why didn't you cook before?

Then how would I be able to eat your cooking.And all these things were taught by grandma to me.We used to cook together and made a lot of dishes,this is one of the dish that grandma taught me,your mother was a great cook mom.

True she was.Even I used to cook with your grandma when I was young but after taking over the company I was never been free to accompany her.All I regret is not sparing time for her during those past years.But you were there for her and I am really happy for that.

Now eat quickly otherwise it would go cold....

After completing breakfast I'll head to the office then at evening we would go out for shopping so be ready I will pick you at sharp 5:00 pm.

After multiple meetings, verifying documents, organizing team and providing instructions did Olivia's day completed.She directly went back to her office,touched up her makeup and left to pick her parents....

Mom,dad I'm here.

After shopping to the heart content we sat for rest in a cafe.'Oh my god we have bought so much...'

Half of the bags are yet to be delivered to our house.Princess should we head home now,I am really tired.

Sure dad,now let's eat something after that we will leave .Let me get something for us to munch...

Dear do you think she is happy?

I know she isn't ,all this is just a false show which she is performing,I know my daughter she isn't like this.But for her happiness and peace of mind I'll do anything just to make her smile.Other than that I can't do anything....

Mom, dad here have choclate truffle and cranberry tart.I will get something to drink okay....

Okay so this is milk tea,this is boba choclate milk and this is matcha cold shake.Let's have it quick so we can go home quick....

After a whole day of walking I went straight to the bathroom freshened up and came to the kitchen to check what was there to eat.I quickly boiled some noodles,added readymade tomato chilli mix into it.Quickly I added some dried herbs,pinch of salt,pepper and for garnishing some coriander leaves and there we go our noodles were ready.

After dinner we bid our goodbyes and went to our rooms.Day-1 all activities were completed now I have to think about Day-2.After thinking for almost half an hour I made my schedule and went to sleep...

Next morning mom made the breakfast so I had lot of time not wasting it I went to office before time to complete my today's schedule after which we went to a planetarium,though it sound childish but what can I do I am also a child by heart.Running around the planetarium we created more new memories....

Till Day-10 we went to the amusement park,zoo,water park,theatre,opera, museum and at last to a resort to chill during the weekend.All these days no thoughts disturbed me.Let it be regarding my wedding,my work,my schedule,my unfinished business or any of the places that were meant to be visited.

Now all I have is some quality time with my family.But I guess my happiness was shortlived as my dear stepmom-in-law wants to meet me.I know it's just to analyse me and to get her work done.But there is one thing which is like making me go insane is that she wants to meet me at the Genna Simson's bridal gown showroom.

After thinking for a while all I could think was that she might be selecting my wedding gown or could be that she had come to shop one for herself and might ask me to help her so that she can judge me.....

Oh god why is it so freaking annoying to meet these kind of people .....
