Chapter 8 -Meeting with Mr.Smith

I must say you are really brave to hold a knife with bare hands.But I would also tell that it was not a great thing because you might have lost your hand.I know you wanted to save someone but next time don't act recklessly and put your life in danger.

Now eat,the food is getting cold.And how was your meeting with Veronica.

As expected from a step mother-in-law- to not to be good.But we didn't get much time to converse because Alice had pulled me to the side to help her out with her dress.But the little conversation that we had made me understand one thing that she loves to control people.

Uncle can you tell me something about all the members of the family so that it would be easy to understand them on that basis.Like I don't want to get on anybody's bad side right after entering your house.

Hmm.....even I wanted to discuss the same thing with you that's why I had asked you to meet me before the wedding.Okay so I will also be telling you about those people who like Veronica and who are not in good terms with her and even those who doesn't like her but are putting act to be on good terms with her.

Let's begin with the old generation:My parents....

Mr.Henry Smith,my father,a man of his words.He is the easiest to convince if he likes you.But the problem is he and my mother both are annoyed by you like...you can understand right...a girl whom they didn't choose for their grandson and so all ,so be patient and try to win his heart and half of your problems will be solved.And he doesn't like the mother-daughter duo.

Next is my mom, Mrs.Mary Smith. Her thoughts are a bit backward ,but she is good at heart.She is strict,loves nagging and is hard to please.One more disadvantage is that she loves Chloe a lot.For her she is a perfect Smith so....

Next is My elder brother,Arnold Smith,he is like a termite who is trying to eat his own house.You know on the first day I told you about him and Veronica so there is no need for me to tell you more about him....

Next is my sister-in-law,Sophie Smith.She was like a friend to Julie.She is simple and kind.I don't know more about her because she never acted in another way for me to doubt her.And ya she doesn't like Veronica so she puts on an act...

Next is my sister,Elena Smith.She is very unique because she was the rebel child in our family.She always did what she always wanted to and because of which her connection with us was a bit unstable.But she hates Veronica.

Then comes David Smith,my son who is the eldest grandson of the family.He is cold and ruthless.He is a true maniac to those who betrays him.So I would advise you to not to gamble your life around him.And ya he hates Veronica and her daughter.

Next is Jacob Smith,Arnold's son.He is a well known play boy and has the same personality as his father.He likes Chloe and Veronica that I'm not sure about it.

Next is Emily Smith, Arnold's daughter.She is also different because she is a mix of her parents.In terms of behaviour she is like Sophie but in terms of speaking she is like Arnold.And she also puts on an act.

Lastly,Jade Smith ,my daughter the youngest member of our family.She is just like Julie but is very polite and unconfident.She always ends up getting ill- treated by them.Only David and Emily saves her but she is too easy to be decieved.And she likes both of them.

I am Adam Smith and yes my son has the same traits as me cold and ruthless.I don't like people who betray me,if they do I will make sure that their ending is not good .Speaking of my character I am cold to my kids too.....I was a warm person only when Julie was alive......now being in this family is like pretending and faking everything.

Now tell something about your family.

My....my family...sure.

My Dad,Mr.William Cooper.He is an outstanding man,loves my mom the most.A good husband and a cool father.He and mom had struggled a lot to build the Cooper's company.He is a humble and kind person.

Next my mom,Mrs.Bailey Cooper.She is the most caring and intelligent woman I have ever seen.She with dad was the pillar of our family who bought us to this height.She is caring but not kind.She is a bit aggressive.

Then my late grandmother,Christina Cooper.She was the most daring and elegant woman of her time.She was the one who bought me up.And I lost her 2 years ago .....

Then me,Olivia Cooper.The only daughter of my parents.I have taken over my parents business.I just wanted to be with my parents but fate played a game with me and now I am here.I am very sensitive person,but that doesn't make me weak....I take back what is mine.But return what should not be given to me in the most horrific way.....

So our lunch is done.Let me tell you one thing.Never underestimate your enemy because you don't know when they will strike and how they will strike.I will always be there for you so whenever you are in trouble don't forget to reach me.I will always protect you and your family.
