Chapter 12 - Wedding Night....

My flower ...what am I even thinking about...This girl is making me go insane.

Enters the room.....

What should I do with you....??Sleeping beauty or my duty....Though her tongue is sharp but she looks too fragile. Let me take a shower first and then think what to do about her?

After taking shower :

Shall I call her mother for help or should I do it myself ?

If she freaks out after knowing that I did it....that face would be so amusing.But if I call her mother ,then she might lecture me for not taking care of my wife and all blah blah blah....

Let me try and see what happens otherwise I will call Mary for help...

He freezes in his track and a look of disbelief emerges on his face after looking at Olivia who would be standing by the open window.Her hair falling on her shoulder and the moonlight falling on her made her look more beautiful.

Hey....are you alright.

(Turns and gets a glass of water)

Drink water you will feel better.

Takes the glass and drinks the water.

I will be back in a minute just lie down.

David goes inside the bathroom throws his towel in the laundry bucket.Dries his hair and comes out.He sees that Olivia is already asleep...

I guess I have to sleep on the couch tonight.....

He lies on the couch and closes his eyes but is unable to fall asleep as always. When he turns to check on Olivia he sees her shivering.

He gets up and covers Olivia but yet she would be shivering.

He then calls the family doctor for help.The doctor ask him to hold Olivia tighter and close to him.If she is yet shivering then he has to remove his clothes and hug her.It is like a direct contact with warm skin which helps in maintaining the body temperature.

Firstly he hesitates but after listening to the other half he turns pale.But looking at the shivering Olivia he gives up and gets in the bed and holds Olivia from behind and hugs her tightly.

For a while there was no improvement.David again turned pale .He then thought of removing his T- shirt but before he could Olivia stopped shivering and fell asleep.But on the other side someone was more delighted to hold her.

She smells good I mean the scent on her body is not too strong and not very irritating it's relieving and sweet....and she is very soft to hold...I feel as if I am holding a baby.....and and....he fell asleep.....

Morning David wakes up early to feel the warmth of the other person whom he was holding.He gently pulls away and properly covers Olivia with the blanket.

After getting ready he calls his assisstany regarding the shifting process.He then heads down to the dining area to have breakfast.

At the dining table:

How's Olivia?

Fine.Sleeping right now.

That's it.

He doesn't speak more.

Oh....

Olivia.....

Everyone turns to see Olivia walking down the stairs slowly.

David was getting up to help her,but before he could Mr.Cooper was quick and holds Olivia and brings her to the dining area.

She takes the seat beside her mother.

Are you alright dear?

Yes I'm.All of you please don't worry.Its nothing serious.

Yes,we shouldn't worry for small things like this.

But we will.Because she is precious to us,right honey.Don't worry dear I will make sure you are alright...

I never knew her mother could be so scary but I like it how she shuts this b***h smoothly.

Let's have the breakfast .

After breakfast three people had come to visit Olivia.It was Jeff,Kate and Pete.

You....How come you are here?

You recognised me.....my my my I didn't knew you were so smart .Yes it's me,nice to meet you again Olivia.

(coughs)Are you done?Check her condition first...

Jeff where is Kate?

She is with aunt and uncle.She will join you in a while.

Nothing to worry.You are fine now.Make sure to take more rest and do take care of your hand.And don't do any stressful work for a few days.And you will be good to go.

He turned towards Olivia,but before he could speak ,Kate pulled Olivia with her in the room.Both sat there and were chatting the whole time.

He wanted to speak with her,wanted to know how she was doing ? But before he could she was pulled in.

Jade ,what happened?

What....what nonsense are you spouting?

But I saw you this morning trying to be close to her. I guess you were late, sister-in-law's father is much better than you .He is quick than you and more caring.

I just wanted to help her...

Help(laughs)...I didn't knew my brother could help others specially girls.Ohhh...

She then jumps in and pulls Olivia with her and goes to the living room and sits with Mr. and Mrs. Cooper.

After two hours finally Olivia was free but before she could leave,Mr and Mrs Smith invites her to the study room.

David feels as if he is gonna faint....

In the Study Room....

Yesterday,though you saved Jade but you also got hurt and we don't know if it was intentional or an accident and we don't want this to happen again .So we have thought of sending Jade abroad and you and David to live separately.....

We don't want anyone to be hurt and Jade is young and we can't let her live like this .....in fear.What do you think?

I think sending Jade away is not right.Her condition is not good and what I had seen yesterday I believe she is not well and needs medical attention....
