Sofia .. I heard Mrs Edina say excitedly and stood up on her seat and walked to me ,

You look even more Preety , how are you feeling now darling ? She asks and pat my red cheeks .

i am alright , I replied softly with a small smile . Oh I am so glad , Come meet your dearest father in law ,

My heart almost stopped when she mentioned that ,I Walked with her and greeted Mr Gerald .

Hello, it's nice to see you , and thank you for coming .

He chuckled in response and pat my head ruffling my hair, " Ah, don't worry child .. you are as important as our own children "

After all you are going to become a new member soon, I can't wait .His tone was filled with excitement as he talked .

i nod my head and i was told to take a seat beside Mrs Edina , I looked around and met my brothers gaze but I lowered my eyes and looked for one face that I wanted to see.

Yuna ,

Where the hell is she ? Didn't she come ? i ask myself looking around .

Oh honey you looking for your future husband? Ah that cold son of mine is busy working, You all know how workhalic is he ?

Mrs Edina says taking me by surprise , That goat? Are they talking about the so called Erick ?

pfft , he could die for all I care, i huffed out in my mind .

Oh Edina don't worry, " Your sweet son spent the night here yesterday and I am pretty sure they had already seen each other early in the morning . "

Mom said to her with a flaring smile making every one to look at me , I frowned a little and fidget with my fingers trying to say something but couldn't .

"Really ?" Mrs Edina asks excitedly with a disbelief clasping her hands like she won a candy.

Stop teasing the little girl you two .Her husband said with a chuckle making every one of them all laugh.

I stayed silent and played with the hem of my dress , " Honey why aren't you saying a thing ?" We are all her because of you,

Or aren't you happy with the arrangement that we made ? Mrs Edina asked ,

i stutter forming words from my mouth which I failed and looked at my mom who had an intense gaze towards me together with dad and replied softly .

" Umm .. it's okay ."

l hold the tears that wanted to fall .

Fantastic !! Then it's all done , we wanted to hear what your opinion is , becuase you are the one who is getting married soon and we want to make sure you are okay .

Her hands were on mine as she looked at me with a warm smile .

I nod my head and looked at mom who smiled at me with a winning gaze ,

And oh I almost forgot, " How are you feeling now darling ?" Mr Gerald ask .

I am alright now , it was just a mere headache that I encountered earlier yesterday .

Hmm, you should drink alot of water and eat as much as you can , You look so slim . it's a good thing that your mom told me earlier that you have an eating disorder so that I can be incharge of your eating habits before the wedding .

Mrs Edina says interrupting her husband ,

We want our bride to look like a full Meal , all gorgeous and beautiful in and out. She stated to me and played with my hair .

Okay .. I replied with a small smile that didn't reach on my cheek ,

it has always been like this , me not having an upper hand on saying what I want , or what I like and being pressured by every one who is introduced to me .

As every one sat and talked I didn't realise that it was lunch . The maid's came with the food and arranged it on the table properly.

The aroma of the food made my mouth water and all that I could see , smell and hear is food .

" My stomach rumbled lowly and I touched it embarrassed ."

As the plates were being arranged , Mrs Edina got a phone call .

Erick !

Oh you are here ? She asks excitedly and cut the call after whispering You are at the right moment .

Well Erick is here !! Mrs Edina announced at the table ,

"I will go and recieve him, David finally broke his silence and walked out ."

what about Yuna ? i found my voice asking timidly ,

Oh honey Yuna is off to Paris , she had work and it was urgent . I am sorry that she didn't tell you about this , and I am deeply sorry that she didn't tell you either.

It's okay , I replied with a nod.

A moment later, Erick stroded inside the dining room together with a stoned face brother of mine in tow .

i didn't even bother looking at him until I was alerted by mom through her eyes .

He walked and stood just beside me and looked at me after saying Hello to everyone .

He looked at me emotionless making me tremble under his sharp watch,

"it's . it's nice to see you again . I whispered shakily . "

He took a seat beside me and we were served . I wanted to eat everything on the table but I couldn't. I didn't want to piss mom off anymore and I am tired of being slapped or punished .

After I got served I dived in , I ate but my eyes were at the dry roasted meat that layed just a little far from the table . I wanted to devour that dish and eat it all by myself and make sure that I savour every bones in there by myself .

Just there , I started dreaming of the dry roasted meat . Seeing myself in a big hot dish , eating inside it and licking my fingers washing it off with my tongue .

Sofia .. Sofia !!

I snapped out my thoughts looking at the person who called my name .My cheeks reddened looking at the man beside me ,

Day dreaming even in the dining table ? He asks with a very beautiful accent that made me look at him twice and questioned if it is the same man who came in my room earlier today.

With a state of confusion , I looked at him again before returning to my food saying nothing .

I told you Edina , look at her ! She doesn't eat but day dreams all day long every day .Mom intervined making my appetite to evaporate .

I looked at her meekily before she caught me and drank a glass of water and chugged it down my throat .

" Done ?" Mrs Edina asked and I nod ,

Ridiculous !!You need to eat my dear, Here have this ! She scolds me and put a hand full of vegetables together with the roasted meet and salads that covered the whole plate .

I frown and looked at her ,

She looked at me with an intense gaze and dared me to argue but I didn't anymore.

it's not that I wasn't happy with the food , No !! i wanted to eat it so bad , But couldn't because of the salad .

I don't like Salads at all .

Eat ! Mom says sternly and I sighed and started eating the food shoving it down my throat as my taste buds became tatse less .
