Chapter 1 :The meeting

Lena was serving coffee normally as her life was always like ,boring,no warmth and No love

After Cole left her ,Her whole life became miserable She didn't even have the will to live

Cole cheated on her with her best friend, Candice

As she was busy Thinking of her ex ,

She bumped into a guy

She screamed as the hot coffee hit the white crisp shirt The guy was wearing

The coffee cup crashed to the floor with a loud crashing sound That sent Lena's manager running to see what was happening

Lena apologized profusely to the guy and

bent down to pick the pieces up but got cut instead

Then the guy asked "Are you okay"

Lena replied quickly "I'm fine ,sir. I'm really sorry sir, I apologize..."

Then the manager said Sharply" You fool how dare you?? This is your 3rd time this week I've had enough Pack your stuff and leave my shop"

"Sir please you know I have no living and I have to support myself and my little sister through high school. Please sir , Don't do this" Lena begged

"Mister please don't fire her I bumped into her" The guy said out of nowhere

" See I don't care who you are just get out of my shop with that useless piece of trash" The manager said without a look of pity across his face

The guy leaves and Lena silently packs her stuff and leaves

As she goes outside She finds the guy outside the shop standing by a luxury car

He walks towards her" I'm Jayden Reese. You can call me Jay" He said with a smile

" Hi I'm Lena, Why'd you wait for me?" Lena asked

" I wanna offer you a job at coffee shop " Jay said

" Really?? I can't believe I got a job as soon as I got fired" Lena said laughing

" So can I have your contact??" Jay asked Lena

" What?? Are tryna hit on me?? Lena asked Sharply

" No I just wanna have your number so I can send you the location and we can talk about how the work is . Please don't take it wrongly "

" How much does it pay?" Lena asked sounding rushed

" A 1,000 bucks But you need to make and serve the coffee " Jay said with a smile on his face

" woahhhh That can pay a Year's worth of rent and feeding. Well I'm in". Lena says as she gives her number to Jay

"Okay I'll pick you up to see the place Tomorrow " Jay said ,waving.

"Okay I'll be waiting" Lena said as she waved back
