One week later, Serry's condition got so better that doctors allowed her to go home. Originally, the Omega wanted to stay at Addy's house. However, David did not allow his future daughter-in-law to live in his house again. “Dad, why shouldn't Serry live in our house?” Addy caught up with his father's steps, who had already walked out of Serry's inpatient room. “This is for the good of your Omega. If she returns to live in her home, then her family can guarantee her safety,” David explained after stopping his footsteps. “I can protect my Omega,” Alpha Addy chimed in. David chuckled lightly. “Protect? The proof is that you don't know if your Omega was kidnapped by your great-grandfather's order. You haven't officially done the bond yet, so absolute protection is still done by her family.
