Chapter SixNews of the attack on the EBC spread throughout TrC as the blaze had alerted police cars patrolling the lake area. Fire trucks and ambulances came out but the residents of the commune insisted on cleaning up their own mess. Family and friends of those who were at the Excelsior commune were concerned that the altercation may have impacted their loved ones, and drove out to inquire. They learned that many of the teens had relocated to the Church property, and headed north to find them. Over two dozen parents drove up in a small convoy. Upon parking and exiting their vehicles, they felt a strange sense of calm the area had not known since the bombings.
