ON THE MOON (2)

Tears filled Alex's eyes and he said that there was no need for her to worry because her son was right in front of her. Mary then looked into Alex's eyes and she saw that he really looked like her son. Mary finally recognized his own son and she hugged and him with tears in her eyes. Priscy looked at then as tears filled her eyes and was very proud of the reunion but said that she was sorry to interrupt the mother-son bonding moment but they now had to think of a plan to get back to the rocket without being spotted.

Alex then explained that he left the back door to their hideout in the rocket open a little so they could use that door to get in. The problem now was how not to get spotted. They heard the pilot voice behind the cave they were in and Priscy peeked out a little and saw him looking around. After looking around for sometime, he started going the other way with his g*n. He turned after a few steps. After after moving for sometime he did not turn around again.

She then gave them the signal that the way to the rocket was clear and Alex helped his mother up and the three of them ran as quick as they could to the rocket. As they entered, Alex got out and covered their footprints just to ensure that they were not caught. As Alex came back, he helped his mom eat some food while Priscy helped her change her clothes into the ones they brought. Alex turned his back at them while she was changing.

After this, Alex asked his mom why she was here. It was said back on Earth that she was killed by a moon monster. Mary said she was very tired and that there was some time left before the pilot will return so she wanted to rest. Alex looked at how tired she was. She had dark circles under her eyes.

Alex agreed and he allowed his mother to rest.Priscy and Alex were now relieved. They hugged and were happy. Alex thanked Priscy for being there for him and not giving up on him. Priscy also said she was grateful for Alex not being bossy but giving her the room to express her ideas. Since they were both tired after a long trip, they fell asleep.

After an hour, the three of them woke up. They heard a voice outside the rocket. The pilot was talking to someone and they heard him say that Mary was dead. He also said he saw some of her belongings and that she couldn't survive after five years on the moon.

The manly voice from the device said he should he should return to Earth for they were running out of time. Even though he felt bad that he could not complete his only mission that was given to him he was somehow relieved because he was also not happy of killing anyone. The pilot said he was on his way.
