THE ADVENTURE TO SPACE

THE ESCAPE AND COMBAT

Alex and Priscy both lied to their parents that the school was having a one month camp trip. Even though their parents did not believe them, they allowed them to go because it was the first time they were enthusiastic about a school activity.

They left their respective houses four hours before the the rocket would take off. They met at the bus station and took a bus to the the space agency company. They got there about an hour later and Larry came out to meet them.

Larry led them through the back gate which looked like an eye. Under the eyes was written, 'Im still watching'. Larry ignored this since he had seen this a lot of times. He told them about where the rocket was and all the things they needed and also told them that since they were going to be three in the spaceship he had packed things for three more people just in case they found Alex's mum.

He advised that they should make sure that they are not seen throughout the entire trip or else they could be killed, and they should only get down five minutes after the astronaut has got down from the rocket because the cameras in the rocket will be disabled after five minutes. Priscy and Alex thanked Larry so much. With that being said, Larry left.

Alex and Priscy picked up their bags and decided to use the map Larry gave them to navigate their way to the rocket. As they were looking around, some guards saw them so Priscy decided to put on a distraction. She sat on the ground and started crying. Alex got the clue and said that his sister was looking for their mom. He said that his sister (Priscy)was sick and it was time for her to take her medicine which was with their mother inside the control room. The guards thought for a while and they were allowed to go. As they went further and were close to the control room, they met more guards who started chasing them without listening to any explanation. Alex knew that the more they run, the further they were getting from the rocket and the lower their chance of success on this mission was. Alex did what any man in this situation would do: FIGHT. He beat them up and after some time of a heated fight, Alex and Priscy finally won. They continued their journey to where the rocket was kept.
