Few hours later...
Mark stood up and went in the shower. He looked himself in the mirror for the first time after his memory came back. You look like crap old man he thought touching his face. And yet, you look hot!
"I bet I know exactly what you're thinking" Nora said looking at him smiling.
Mark looked at her through the mirror.
"How bad is it?" he asked
Nora took a deep breath and went closer to him.
"I am not going to lie" she said touching lightly his face. "It's bad. We don't have much time left."
Mark held her hand on his face and moved closer to her.
"Sorry for taking me so long to remember but you don't have to worry. I am back now. We will put the titans back to jail."
Nora smiled and kissed him.
"I know" she said. "So, when will you go to Anna?"
"She will stay with her parents until Wednesday so I thought to stay here so that we can use the time."
"Sounds good to me." Nora said. "Have a shower and I will wait for you downstairs."
Mark nodded and went in the shower.
Nora went downstairs in the kitchen and took a cup of coffee. She sat on her favorite place by the window and noticed that some of the flowers were withered and some trees had yellow leaves, which is unusual on spring. Hmmm she thought let's give Amy a call. She took her phone and called Amy.
"Nora, she said, I have news"
"How bad?" Nora asked.
"Bad enough" she answered.
"OK, tell me"
"Our spy contacted me and said that two if the titans came to earth"
"Oh my god!" Nora said and took a deep breath. "Do we know who are they?"
"Unfortunately not" Amy said. "Nora, it's the first time that I am afraid. It's the first time that we are running out of time."
"Yes, I noticed that you're scared" she said whilst looking outside of her window. "The leaves turned yellow and is spring. Please calm down."
"I am sorry Nora, I am not doing it on purpose, but you know how it is."
"Everything will be fine. It has to be fine." Nora said with a doubt in her voice.
"How is Mark?"
"He is doing well, getting stronger hour by hour. He is taking a shower now."
"Does he has his whole power?"
"I don't think so. I just gained my last piece of my power just like the other day "
The flowers in the garden started to wither.
"Amy, please" Nora said by looking at the flowers.
"I am sorry" Amy said almost crying.
"Let me see if i can identify the titans that arrived on earth".
"Be careful, you know how dangerous it can be"
"No worries, Nora said, I will be careful "
She hung up the phone and stood up.
Her eyes were glowing and a white light came out of them. She lifted her body 2 centimeters from the floor, brought her right hand in frond of her, opened her palm, softly "hit" the air and said "Eyes". Suddenly, 200 small pictures in a peacock's tale opened in frond of her. "Titans" she said. Some "eyes" disappeared, some stayed but they were fainted and they disappeared as well.
Nora put her hand down and touched the floor with her feet.
"What were you looking for?" Mark asked her.
She turned around and saw Mark standing behind her, looking at her.
"Will you tell me why you used your sacred animal?"
"Amy called. She was told that 2 of the Titans came to earth. So I tried to find them by using peacocks "eyes" tale but no luck. Either they haven't found a vessel yet or they haven’t gain their memory back".
Mark hugged her.
"Don't worry my love. I am back. We are all together and we will win again."
Nora took a deep breath and closed her eyes.
"I know, she said. I know"
"OK, I need to talk to Amy" Mark said suddenly.
Nora opened her eyes and looked at him starring outside.
"What?" She asked him surprised.
"Haven’t you seen the trees and flowers? She is the goddess of nature. It's her responsibility to make sure that everything works perfectly."
"Mark, she is upset like all of us. She is trying to calm down so I assume that this won't take long"
"Ok, he said, but if this won't be back by tomorrow, she and I will have a serious conversation "
Nora smiled.
"Why are you smiling?" He asked frowned.
"You are back!" She said and kissed him.
