I did make him the honour. After I finally found my voice, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, so I just nodded my head yes. The smile that broke out on his face at the very moment was... something else. It wasn't his usual smirk or this irritating half-grin. It was a real, honest smile that did strange things to my chest. Why something so plain as me agreeing to go out with him could bring him so much joy was beyond me, but if he was happy, then... well, I was happy, too. As cheesy as it sounds.
