If Abi was ever going to end up in a hospital again, I was going to strangle her.
The girl has spent half of her life in hospitals. First, a broken arm when she was twelve. Then dehydration. Next was the time when all of the anorexia crap had her chained to the hospital bed for a year on and off. Even in spite of living in a different country, I constantly got the calls from her parents telling me Abi came up with something new.
And now that she was across the ocean, on a completely different continent, I kind of pitied her parents. Especially that she managed to get herself back in the hospital bed again.
