BRITTANY'S POV
I spent the last two hours of my shift in the break room with Ria and I was at the door at five, waiting for Penny to come get me.
Ria and I talked about a lot of things. Mostly just rubbish and she did most of the talking. She was so hyper.
Penny arrived and she led me to my room. I wasn't feeling as tired as the first night and I wasn't feeling sleepy yet.
So, I asked Penny to keep me company for a while. She had been concerned about me having to work another night shift, and she was worried the previous night.
“Are you okay? You're sure you don’t need to get some sleep?” She asked me.
I laid back on the bed and spread my arms out wide, stretching myself out.
“I'm fine, Penny. I'll just have my bath. And I'm a little hungry but that can wait till it's bright out.”
