I was silent, I stared at her and waited for her response, but deep within me, I was scared, her expression said something else.
yes, I might have guessed that she wouldn't want to be stuck with me for life. I drew in a deep breath and closed my eyes, I don't know why I didn't want to hear what she had to say, it was almost like her words would hurt me in a way I can't explain.
