Leo's POV If she only knew how much trouble was around the corner, maybe she’d actually start using her head. But no, she’d rather stay clueless. It’s honestly painful to watch. Weak as hell and somehow okay with it. Unbelievable. She probably thinks I’m gonna take it easy on her tomorrow. Yeah, right. As long as she’s under my roof, she’s gonna learn how to fight and protect herself—whether I’m here or not. Slamming my door shut, I tried to shake off the frustration. Dealing with the guys was exhausting enough, but her? She was in a league of her own when it came to testing my patience. I yanked off my shirt, muttering curses under my breath as I headed for the shower. Just as the water warmed up, that all-too-familiar voice finally broke the silence that had stretched on for weeks.
