Chapter 27

After there discussion completed since past one hour on the phone, Benjamin asked Mathew again that

"Ok, when you all are going to start here to my place ?", 

"We will start tonight or tomorrow morning early hours as per the tickers availability", Mathew said

"Better to come on flight, it will be quick and easy for you all", he replied

"Yes, off course we will come in the flight only, other wise it will be very late when we travel in train or bus", Mathew said

"Ok then good bye, see you soon and I am waiting eagerly for your arrival", Benjamin said

"Yeah Good Bye", Mathew said and ended the phone call. . 

"Mack, you check the distance and route map to Delhi from here and how time will take etc., ",

"Clara you check the train or flight tickets which is safer and fastest way to go there", Mathew said

Both involved in there works and Mathew went to the washroom as he was complete restless and sat on the sofa with out stood since long time. So he wanted to move back and forth for some time and his head was getting ache severely by thinking about the Mystery, treasure hunt and discussing about these with Mr. Benjamin.

After a while he came out from the wash room and while coming itself Mack and Clara moved towards him and speaking at once in eagerness with out understanding a word to Mathew.

"Wait, wait, what are you hurry ?", Mathew asked

"Say one after the other. Ok, Mack you speak out first as I asked you about the travel distance and time first to you", Mathew said

"Yes, it's a distance of 2,305 kms from here and it will take 43 hours to travel to Delhi Mathew", Mack said

"Yes Mathew it was too far from here, if we travel through train it will take two days and we don't have much time right now to travel through train", Clara said

"Yes, absolutely we don't have much time. Check for the flight tickets tonight or tomorrow morning", Mathew said

"Ok Mathew", Clara said and move away little far from there to search for the flight tickets . .

"Mack, what do you think that much time it will take us to stay on Delhi. I mean how to pack our bags ?", Mathew asked

"Better to pack more as we don't know how many days we have to stay there and again where we have to travel from there", Mack said

"Mathew, Mathew", Clara is calling in hurry

"What, what happened, what are you worrying about ?", Mathew asked

"There is flight tonight at 11:00 pm, but we have to travel to Kannur and there we have to catch the flight, from there it will take 10 hours to travel in flight as there is no direct flight to Delhi. It will halt in Hyderabad for 5 and hours. ", Clara said

"O s**t, we have to wait in Hyderabad that too for 5 and hours ?", Mathew asked

"Yes", Clara said

"Ok, check once again, if there are direct flights to Delhi. And Mack you search the distance to Kannur from here", Mathew engaged them both in work and he was thinking for some thing else. . 

The two were engaged in searching for the work what Mathew told them and after a while Mack said that

"Mathew, almost 2 hours to visit Kannur Airport from here", Mack said

"Mathew, there is no direct flight. I think we have to catch this flight only tonight as if we go for morning flight then we are going to waste whole tomorrow. We can cover almost half of the travel time in night", Clara said eagerly

Mathew was thinking very seriously for a while and then decided to travel tonight itself and said

"Now the time is 06:00 pm, I am ready with my bag, but you both had to go your houses and should pack your bags. We have to be in Airport at least one hour before and the travel time is almost 2 hours, so we have only 2 hours left for us to arrange all the things. Are you both ready for it ?", Mathew calculated very perfectly and discussed with Mack and Clara . . 

"You are a genius Mathew as Mr. Benjamin said. What a calculation ?", Mack said

"This is not the right time for compliments Mack, we have to hurry up there is no time for us", Mathew speaking to them, in the mean while he was packing his bag with out wasting the time.

"I will call my mother in the mean while to pack my bag Mathew", Clara said

"Ok, that's a great idea, but how did she know what items are in need of you ?", Mathew said

"It's ok, I will guide her through my phone call", Clara said

"Ok, well and good, have you booked the flight tickets for us ?", Mathew asked

"Yes, everything done. We have do only thing is that we have to carry our ID and address proofs with us while going to Airport and have to collect the boarding pass", Clara said

"Ok, it's sounds good and I have ready with all my things", Mathew said by keeping his packed bag on the table in front of them

The three of them started moving towards Mack's house to collect his bag on the car while Clara was driving it. But every one was very silent as they all don't know what was going to happen for them in the future.

"Hmmm, haa how do we travel to Kannur from here, do we have busses or taxi or anything else ?", Mathew asked

"Why public service ?, we will go by this car only and we will park at the Airport", Clara said

"But you will strain a lot, Mack do you know car driving ?", Mathew said and asked Mack

"Yes, I know Mathew", Mack replied

"Ok, good. Clara you hand over your car to Mack from now onwards. He will drive and you take rest from now onwards as I am feeling guilty that as of you are a girl and driving since we have met with out rest. If I know driving means then I'll take care of it already", Mathew said to Clara

"It's ok Mathew, I am alright and I was not feeling any restless while driving the car", Clara said

"It's ok Mathew may be she don't have any interest on giving her car to me", Mack said

"O nothing like that, it's not a big deal. Ok then after we reached my house I'll hand over driving to Mack", Clara said

Both Mathew and Mack said Ok at once and moved forward towards Mack's house. He went inside and packed his bag within 15 mins and started towards Clara's house. In the meanwhile Clara called her mother in the waiting time and asked her to pack the bag with all the necessary items like dress's, inner wear, brush, tooth paste, soap, face creams, Compact powder for make up, comb, mobile charger, etc., The travel time for her house was 30 mins from Mack's house. The three started towards Clara's house and she went inside her house. ,

"What Clara, where are you going now ?", Her mother asked very seriously

"Delhi", Clara replied

"But why ?, I have given you freedom and now you are utilizing it ?", her mother said

"Mom, please don't stop me. I have to go and it's very emergency, I'll call you later and explain it to you everything in detail. Please try to understand me Mom", Clara said

"Ok Clara, I trust you but please take care of yourself and be in your limits, nothing else I can tell you", her mother warn her.

"Ok Mom, I will take care of myself. Bye Mom, it's getting late I have to leave", Clara said Good Bye to her mother, hugged her and leaves from there with in 15 mins

While Clara trying to open the Car back door to place her bag in the car, she noticed that there are three bags in it and asked them. 

"I have packed two bags", Mathew said

"For what ?", Clara asked and Mack too looked into his face as if he also having the same doubt

"One is for my clothes and the other is for the equipment and the book written by your father, two jewelry boxes and all the necessary items what we have found while we are in the search of the Mystery", Mathew explained the both about his second bag

"But for what to carry all these now ?", Mack asked

"Suppose for suppose, let's imagine that now we are going to Delhi, if we have to go from there to some where else, then we can't come back again to collect these all necessary items right ?, So I packed everything as a safety measure and we does not know what items are going to required while we are going some where else. We must always think very carefully beforehand", Mathew explained them in detail

The two of them had no more words after listening to the words of Mathew and thought if they were missed any thing to pack in there bags and recollecting what they have packed in their bags . . 

"What are you both thinking about very seriously ?", Mathew asked

"That whether I have missed any thing to pack", Mack said

"If we miss any thing personal, than we can buy it all at any where any place. But we missed these type of items, then what happens we can not buy these. We have to travel back wasting our time", Mathew said

"Yes Mathew, what you said is absolutely right. That's why I liked you", Clara said

"Come on Clara stop it", Mathew said

"No Mathew, I am very serious", Clara said

Mathew did not spoke any thing at that moment

"Mathew, I had a doubt. Can I ask you if you don't mind ?", Clara asked

"Yes please", Mathew said

"What about you wedding ?, are you avoiding it ?. I think you are ignoring your girl's phone if I am right and I have noticed that you are avoiding phone calls from your family too. What happened ?", Clara asked

Mathew was in complete silent with out a word from his mouth . . 

"Yes Mathew, I also noticed the same. Come on tell me, now we all are friends and please don't hide anything from us. If possible we will help you", Mack said . . .
