Chapter 84

The next moment Mathew and Clara started moving inside the passage to find out what is the secret hiding behind the small cave . . .

"Mathew . . . " Mack called

Mathew turned back to see why he called him

"Once again be careful and return safe dude " Mack said

"Sure thank you dude " Mathew said

Suddenly Mack hugged him very tightly with slight tears in his eyes . . .

"I am ok and I will be back very soon Mack. Please don't worry " Mathew said

Mathew slowly moved back wards from Mack and again turned back to start their journey towards the dark cave to find out the secret . .

At first Mathew stepped in onto the cave and then followed by Clara . . Every one outside the cave are very tensed that they don't know what happens the next moment and waiting eagerly for their return . .

After moving inside there is nothing visible to them as it was completely dark inside . .

"Clara try not to touch anything here and be very careful and don't loosen my hand at any circumstances " Mathew said

She said ok and moving forward very confidently . .

Few minutes later after moving a few steps inside, suddenly Clara shouted very loudly and jumped at once and moved towards the wall beside them and touched the wall . . .

All of a sudden Clara was locked on the wall like something grabbed her and not allowed to move here and there and not even able to move her hand nor fingers . . .

"Clara . . Clara . . . what happened ?" Mathew shouted very loudly

By so, every one outside can here his words and Mack started fearing about them that what happened to the two . . .He started shouting from outside to know what is the position inside . . .

"Clara . . come on respond to me, what happened ?" Mathew again shouted

"Mathew . . Mathew I am here and I don't know what happened to me, something grabbed me right here and I could not move even an inch . . " Clara said

"Wait there, I am coming " Mathew said

"No . . no . . don't come towards me " Clara said

"Why what happened ?" Mathew asked

"If you come towards me, you may stuck in this too might be so. Do don't come towards me " Clara said

"But I could not leave you like this right, life and death is with you only " Mathew said

"Yes Mathew I know that, but if you too come here then who will save us. So you should be away from this atleast to save me " Clara said

"Yes you are right " Mathew said

In the mean while, Mack still shouting from outside to know what happened to them. Then all of a sudden, Mathew got stricken with an idea and responded to Mack . . .

"Mack, I am safe, but Clara . . . " Mathew said

"What happened to her Mathew ?" Mack asked

"I don't know what happened also, but she was able to speak, you do one thing " Mathew said

"Come on order Mathew what to do now ?" Mack said

"Check for any lantern available outside, if available then lightened that and grab the weapon which was placed on the hands of the idol and come inside. It's an emergency, please be quick because I could not come outside leaving Clara here single. Hand over those to me and you can return back to the two " Mathew said

"Ok Mathew . . wait I am searching for the lantern, please be patience, I'll be with you in a few seconds " Mack said

After searching the whole place, he found the lantern but he did not able to find the match box to lighten it . . the same conveyed to Mathew and he said . . .

"Try to lighten it by using the old method Mack " Mathew said

"Old method means how ?" Mack asked with a big question mark in his face . .

"There are some stones available behind the idol, pick two of them and rub each other, you will get fire by them and enlight the lantern " Mathew said

He did the same way what Mathew explained to him and succeed after a few trials with the help of Jack . . .

He then grabbed the weapon on the hands of the idol and started moving inside by giving assurance to Jack and Jean that he will be back soon in few minutes and asked them to be safe here with out moving here and there and by not touching anything . . .

Mack after a few steps, reached Mathew and showed the light towards Clara and the two stood shocking by seeing Clara that it was very messy and very weird to see that which was holding Clara . . .

It looks like black colour grease moving here and there surrounding Clara inch by inch while time is passing. It covered almost the whole body except the face of her because she still worn the locket in her neck, so she is still safe there even in the hands of evil. In other words it looks like a snake and the whole body of it was moving in and out like heart beat. . .

The two stood like statue's after seeing it and not able to think what to do the next step . .

"Mathew . . do something " Mack said by placing his left hand on Matthew's shoulder

He then came into realm and grabbed the knife from Mack's hand and trying to cut off the roots of the monster slowly and slowly . .

How much he was trying to clear it was still visible to them . .

"Mathew what do we do now ? " Mack asked

" I think there will be something hidden behind it to destroy it, search for it quick " Mathew said

" But how can we know what is hidden behind it and what to search ? " Mack asked

"That's a point too, hmmm . . . ok let's search on the walls to find out something. Show me the light " Mathew said

The two started searching on the walls following the monster where it was ended and by so they have entered into an another small hole like cave and there the two found something like a heart of the monster beating like a human heart . . .

"I think we need to destroy this to kill this monster " Mathew said

"But what kind of this monster is, this looks very ugly. Do it some thing Mathew, I am not able to see this any more " Mack said

He then grabbed the knife of the idol which is very powerful that they do not know before and destroyed the heart of the monster . . By so the blood spilled on their faces like a gum with a very bad smell that the two could not tolerate it . . .

After destroying the heart the two immediately came out from the small open and ran towards Clara to check the position of her whether she is safe or not . . .

Wondering, the monster was completely destroyed and Clara was free from it and fell unconscious on the ground . . . .
