Eden Day Three The scent of fresh-baked bread and fried eggs was making Angie feel nauseated. Her head throbbed and anxiety thrummed through the rest of her body. Those drugs had a wicked tail. She stood, waiting for the next stack of breakfast plates. Her task was to deliver the food to the men and children in the dining hall on the other side of a set of swinging double doors. Reno was working with her, and Angie was eager to find a chance to talk.
